Jeff and his crew did an excellent job removing my large tree. He responded to my request very quickly and was able to complete the job within a couple of days of my request. The price was very fair. They were very friendly, professional, and left my yard cleaner than when they arrived. I would definitely use them again.

Jesse’s crew arrived on time. His foreman spoke with us asking what trees were to be removed. Jesse arrived shortly after his crew started working, The crew placed boards on the grass, so as not to make ruts in the yard, His crew worked very hard all day.They took a lunch break eating in the yard and cleaning up after themselves. The crew was friendly and polite. We would definitely hire them again,

The man I met with was very articulate and knowledgeable. The estimate he gave me seemed kind of high. After requesting a detailed written estimate, after I cancelled the job, what I finally got was not detailed. I found it odd that they are so reluctant to give a detailed written estimate.

Excellent communication from the moment Mike showed up. He listened, took notes, and suggested ideas. We picked a date and Mike with his crew took care of everything discussed. They were on time, neat, and professional. Clean up was exceptional. No dirt or debris was tracked through the house. Very excited about how well everything turned out! Excellent job. Last but not least these guys are arborist! Your plants and trees are in great hands!

I had been trying to get someone to clear brush and cleanup limbs and fallen debris on my property for a while and could not get anyone to take the job because of difficulty getting to my yard with equipment. I received a call from Jesse the day after I had left a message for him describing the work I needed done. He was very professional and assured me that he would be able to do what I needed and quoted me a fair price. Jesse and his crew showed up first thing the following day. They did everything that I was promised and even cleaned up a garden I have and left the property immaculate. what a relief to get my yard back. I will recommend Liberty to anyone in need of their service. <br />

They price they charged me was very reasonable. The service went very well. They were here when they said they would be here and it didn't take long at all. It took them two days to do the job because I had do specific thing and it they worked 90 minutes a day. It took them 3 hours to do the whole thing. They did everything they said they were going to do. They cleaned up and they didn't leave a mess at all and I was very happy with them. I would definitely use them again.

They did a pretty good job. I got them through a Big Deal. I felt that he was marketing me for extra work over the Big Deal. I ended up paying 500 dollars over the Big Deal which is more than I wanted to spend. They did wonderful work but I just had not planned for the extra cost.

I think I spent about $250 on that service. The price was fair and he was pretty knowledgeable with trees and if it was healthy and he talked with me willing. The only thing I would have liked was a more rigorous cut back, but he thought that wasn't good for the tree. I thought that he was very professional, did a good job, and cleaned up after the work, so I was happy.

They worked with us on the final plan, even though it was a little different than on the bid. The job went well. Cleaned up good and delivered what was promised.

I bought an Angie's List Big Deal so I got $200 worth of work for $100. At first I think they were overwhelmed and the work started shaky but it ended well. They did the work and they did it well.

It went well for the most part. Due to the rainy weather we had to reschedule one time but I was always updated. The guys were nice and did were they were instructed to do. John was always friendly and listened to my concerns. You can tell he is an abortist, he kept trying to preserve the life of the trees but I wasn't having that I wanted those branches off the tree that were towering over my house. But for the most part John is very nice and professional. The workers were very personable and friendly. I like people that are friendly and honest.

Needed trees removed heard a knock on the door and a flyer was handed to us we asked that their sales person contact us Jesse came over we explained what we wanted done and he gave us a price and we told him he had the job after providing us with his insurances which he did. They were really good. Several of my neighbors used him afterwards and were happy.

One of the two trees was a large oak, with approximately 60% of the branches completely dead, and the rest dying. The trunk at the base of the oak was about 40" diameter. <br /> <br /> The other tree removed was a medium sized maple, which while it appeared healthy initially, closer inspection around the base of the trunk showed multiple signs of disease and insect infestation that any treatment would have only briefly prolonged the life of the tree, but not saved it. Meanwhile, its trunk was forked about four feet from ground level, one very large branch hanging very close to my roof, the other hanging towards my neighbors property. It was a hard decision to make, having the maple taken down, but Liberty's representatives were very knowledgable, gave me the facts, and did not pressure me to make a decision. <br /> <br /> In the end, I needed every reasonably sized log sawn to fireplace length sections for future splitting, and left on site for me to move to where I needed them stored. Liberty cut down the two trees, chipped up everything not suitable for firewood, sawed the logs to length, and cleaned up really well in one long, hot, day, and came back and ground the two stumps and removed the debris the next. <br /> <br /> They even helped me move some of the unsplit firewood that was a bit too heavy for me to handle alone.I had quotes from two other tree services, both would have used cranes to lift the branches off the tree as they were cut and straight into the chipper, without leaving me firewood. The competitors quotes were about a $1000 higher than Liberty. Both would also have charged me extra for sawing the firewood length logs I wanted. <br /> <br />
