Went very well on a pretty extensive reconfiguration of natural gas service. They were very responsive submitted a reasonable quote and performed the work very well and on time despite some challenges. Glad to find them and will definitely use for plumbing needs in the future.

Unexpected freeze in Houston and our pipe broke ! Quick response out of numerous places we called. very professional, efficient, and would definitely keep their card for future needs. Even my neighbor walked down to avail of their services and they did it efficiently right there and then. You'll be our LIFELINE for our plumbing needs !!

As I stated above it went extremely well and the cost was certainly below what I had feared.

Went smooth.  They had the job done in about an hour.  They wanted 1/2 of the est. payment before they started the job.  We said no and we offered $150 instead and he accepted.

Called Lifeline to find a leak in wall behind the fridge. Discovered it was an improperly capped feedline to the icemaker outlet for fridge. They replaced the cap and stopped the leak. We discovered the the house had in the floor main water feed lines, and the plumber had to knock out holes in several places before he found the line leading to the icemaker line. But after all that, he chose to not cut the line and cap it there. <br /> So he made a mess trying to find the leak and a solution, did fix it, but cost me another couple hundred to get a handy man in to fix the drywall holes. <br /> But really bothered me was he kept pitching to me to re-plumb the entire house as the lines were old and being in the concrete slab was going to continue to be a problem, even after I politely told him it was not a solution I was interested in right now. Didn't take no for an answer. <br />

Went well. They showed up when they said they would.  The job was finished quickly with no surprise costs.  Workers were  professional.  We've used them for other jobs and they have been professional and dependable. <br />

<p>I called Lifeline and they sent one of their technicians over within 2-3 hours.  He was immediately able to tell that the leak was on the utility district's side of the meter and pointed out exactly where the leak was located, contradicting the utility district who had advised me that the leak was on my side of the meter.</p> <p>Both the person answering the phone and the technician on the job were courteous and responsive and the technician took the time to answer all of my questions regarding the issue at hand as well as others about other work I was considering.  I am very satisfied with the work they performed.</p> <br />

okay, but pricey. The person who showed up tried really hard to upsell. <br />

They came several times to clear the drain but it was totally stopped up from 31 years of sludge.  They did this to appease me and I believe they would have preferred to reroute the drain to start with and of course, they were right.  They did a good job, were pleasant and professional and I would recommend them again. <br />

Sorry I can't recommend these guys, as they largely did a great job - showed up on time, worked neatly and efficiently and nicely replaced two water heaters for a fair price. <br /> I then had them replace the leaky valve - planned to do this myself, but the old one was screwed on very tightly.  A 5 minute job with a $5 part.... for which they charged $150.  That's what I'd expect to pay on a call out, not an add-on.  End result - a sour taste in my mouth.  I'll look elsewhere for my next plumbing job. <br />

I was not happy with them. Their prices seem a little high, and when I told them that, they were willing to drop the price, I just didn't feel that they were very consistent, and they were young men, I just didn't feel confident that I was just getting a fair deal. They gave me a used part to save me some money, but I didn't ask for a used part, it was just very odd, I would not recommend them

It was fine. The cost was not that much. They were on time. They told me what the problem was and they fixed it.

That went alright. They were just fine. I would use them again in the future. <br />
