The project took significantly longer than we were told. We did not get the finished product that we agreed to and paid for. When project was completed many things were problematic, i.e. no water came out of the shower head, the shower door leaked , the sink leaked, the step up into the bathroom was left unfinished. Ultimately we needed to hire other people to finish the job even though we paid over $12,000 for the small bathroom remodel. Because of this we were told they could not warranty any of their work. Very disappointed.

As you recall you did pay your final payment which implied at the time that you were satisfied with the final product. We did end up giving you a discount off your final payment for the inconvenience of some delays during your project. I will begin by saying we are truly sorry your project took longer than expected. That is on us for not giving you an accurate timeline! We will admit that there were a series of unfortunate events that nobody could have predicted with your project. All of which we happily fixed for free because of our Lifetime Warranty! You mentioned you needed to hire someone to finish our job. We recall you saying to just drop off the parts to finish up the sink drain and your husband would complete the drain. We would have happily completed the sink drain if you would have allowed us! We will warranty everything we touch, as most companies would agree is the fair thing to do. We, unfortunately, do not warranty other peoples' work. You also mention that your shower door leaks. When you opted to have the barn door style door, our salesman specifically told you that these doors do not seal at the bottom and inherently let some water out of the bottom. You agreed to that, signed our contract, and yet you still expected no water to escape. We even tried to create a barrier per your complaint, which some would agree is going over and above what we originally agreed to. We hope you allow us to come back to your project and finish anything you are unsatisfied with. Please let us help!"

Our installer was excellent. Had it done in 5 1/2 hours. Just had it done yesterday, so have not tried out the shower yet, but so far, it looks very great. Pray every thing works with the shower. Again, loved our installer. We gave half down, and paid the rest when the job was done.

Great from the very start! Very professional. Felt I could really put my trust in them to do the job right. Matched a competitors price. Completed the job in one day! Cleaned everything up as if they were never there. Wonderful! Very friendly staff-sales people, office people and installers.

Very slow. We signed the contract in July 2013, were told it will take three weeks to do the job, the job was finished in March 2014. Their ability to manage expectations is horrible, they don't keep you informed of what's going on, reasons for delays, when the next phase of the project will start, etc. We had to pester the contractor constantly to move the job along. We felt that he had no respect at all for our time or our schedules, and did not feel it was important to update us. We always felt like he had other jobs that were more important <br />
