he contacted me within minutes and here when he said he would be....he was so very professional and checked everything from the outside unit, to the attic and everything inbetween.....it ended up being the thermostat - he went to Home Depot, got what he needed and finished within two hours.....I was so very pleased with him and his work ethic.....I have his card close by and will call him again whenever I need help......a great find and a wonderful guy, family man and very easy to speak to.

They came over same day and did very good work at reasonable price. I signed up for their yearly maintenance package. Jason explained many things to me and showed me what he was doing. He was very knowledgeable and helpful - I will ask for him again for the maintenance package.

My AC went out unexpectedly so the next day I called the repairman for that system (not Lifetime'z), he gave me a CRAZY repair estimate. I contacted Josh Williams at Lifetime'z and he came out the same day, explained my options and agreed it would be best to start fresh with a new, complete heat pump system. They were out the next day and had the entire system installed before the day was over for a great price. This is now my HVAC repairman and I won't go anywhere else. Honest, no games, very clean and nice installation, and ice cold AC. I couldn't be any happier.

I was having an issue which they resolved, giving me options on the issue. I didn't feel pressured or like they were using "scare tactics" to pad the bill. They did what I needed them to do in a timely respectful way and I would use them again.

Senior technician came out, inspected AC unit, diagnosed problem, fixed problem. No time wasted.

The technician was prompt, did some clean out of our lines and system, and got everything working as it should again.

He replaced the capacitor but not sure it is needed as my system is working from last 10 years

They did good work, great work; and it lowered my electric bill.

They did a great job, and one of the individual initially put in wrong place but they came out and moved them. So they are efficient in their work.

I have used them a couple of times. I just had a standard tune up for my air conditioners. They were fine. they weren't amazing but they were just fine.

The tech and sales person were both very friendly and helpful. They were upfront on their pricing and were very clear on what was needed vs what could wait if we wanted. We liked our tune up so much we asked them to come back and give us an estimate on a brand new system should we need that going forward due to the age on our existing one. We appreciate their professionalism and good customer service.

I was not having any problem with my A/C, but in late May I decided to have One Hour come out for their $59 routine service special. It turned out to be anything but routine. The tech arrived earlier than expected and I was not available to answer the door immediately, but did catch him just before he drove off. I apologized, but he seemed irritated, and that seemed to continue throughout his involvement with my A/C. He was a poor communicator and not at all professional, and in hindsight, my mistake was to allow him to touch my condenser unit to begin with. Anyway, after doing his diagnostics, he informed me that I needed replacement capacitor and contactor, in addition to more freon for a total of $636. He steered me toward total replacement of both attic and outdoor units, but since they were only 9 years old, I reasonably expected at least a few more years out of them. His repair price was very high, if not unexpected, but since I didn’t feel comfortable with DYI, I told him to go ahead and replace the parts. A few days later I noticed that my condenser unit was “hard-starting”, only kicking on after several attempts. I called One Hour and asked them to come out, after verifying no additional service charge. Same tech returned. I wasn’t too pleased because my A/C was having no problems until this guy touched it, so I accompanied him during his diagnostics, politely asking questions. He tried to sell me a hard-start kit for another $290 – not positive about the price. I politely told him that my AC was working just fine until he worked on it, and that I expected him to fix it, without any more money from me. Without a word, he gathered up his tools, set my thermostat to HEAT and left, right after I voiced my displeasure. I immediately spoke by phone to the owner of the company, who offered to install the hard-start kit for no additional charge, which I accepted. Tech returned same day and installed it. A few days later I noticed the condenser was short-cycling in addition to hard-starting. I was finished with this company and my condenser was finished with me, so got quotes from others to replace it, along with the coil unit in the attic (One Hour had missed seeing that one). I Had the new company install them today, but pretty unhappy that I let One Hour charge me $636 for killing my A/C. You would be wise to avoid this company.

Very well done. Had to remove attic pull down stairs to get new unit up. Some damage to stairs and not quire straight when stairs replaced. Part of purchase was to balance air and did improve the air distribution. Chose this firm based on Angie's List reviews and am not dissapointed.

That was last summer, the AC stopped working. Very quickly, this service provider (Carrollton location) arranged service. The master arrived on time. The job was done perfectly. When they drain, they used tape to cover the sink and so no dirty water spilled out. Very nice job! We will use their service again for sure!

Good, prompt and professional

I was told that I was going to need a capacitor which would have cost me $200.00. I bought a brand new capacitor online for $6.00 and replaced it myself. I saved myself $194.00 plus tax. Price gouging!

Works fine. Parts were under warranty and labor was high. for amount of time took.

Job was completed to my complete satiafaction

The service agent explained the problems and what was required to correct it and other options available/price....good deal
