Light Force Electrical Service

The Light Force crew of Shawn and Hoyt did a detailed inspection prior to bidding the job. They gave me a detailed explanation of the work and followed up with a very competitive cost proposal. LIght Force got the necessary permits and coordinated with Tallahassee Utilities for the service disconnect/reconnect and inspections throughout the project. The office staff (Linsey and Jay) were very helpful in scheduling and coordinating the work. Shawn and Hoyt showed up on schedule, finished the job on schedule and within budget, explained everything to me in clear layman's terms, and left the job site clean. The end result is professional and appears to be highest quality. Both inspections passed with no issues. At the closeout inspection the inspector was very complimentary of the work done on the new electrical panel and grounding system, which gave me added confidence in the job.

They were prompt, friendly, and helped me get the financing in place. They did all the permitting work, and worked with the propane install so that this whole project went as easily as could be expected.

Shawn Craig was a delight to work with – punctual, competent, efficient, and personable. Arrived on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair.

Tim Frazier is the best. He is very knowledgeable and explained what he would be doing and how the installation would be performed. Tim was punctual and so very kind. He went above and beyond of what was expected of him in getting our Generac installed ahead of schedule. On the day of installation, Tim was accompanied by Sean and Hoyt. They worked very hard, were very knowledgeable and very kind and helpful. Jay works in the office and is such a fine person who is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to keep us informed of any changes or the day and time we could expect things to happen. I called him several times with questions and he always had an answer for me. Jay is so very kind. We have never had such a fine group of men do such a fine job for us. Lightforce, you are very fortunate to have these men on your team. Again, thank you for caring for your clients. I apologize for not getting this response out sooner but I was going to take a picture of the the Generac and all the fine work that was performed but was unable to get the picture from my phone to my computer. I had purchased a new 22K Generac generator and transfer switch. I contacted Light Force, whose staff arrived timely and completed the job quickly. The staff not only installed the generator, but also coordinated with Ferrell Gas to install a 500 gallon LPG tank on the same day, and then provided start-up and testing services. I highly recommend Light Force for anyone who needs similar services.

Light Force previously hooked up my whole house generator. I was so impressed with the employees, the company, and their work, I hired them again to add an additional outlet.
