They worked quick answered all my questions and we're very nice to work with all around. Their personalities we're great and they always kept us up to date on how everything was coming along. And the price was very reasonable. Really thankful for the work they did on our home.

Curtis is prompt and arrived on time for an estimate and when it came time to do the work. He communicated with me every step of the way. Even during the instal process, he told me what he was going to do and how the finished products would look. For my next project, Curtis will be my first call.

Curtis selected the materials and design to blend in with the rest of the house. He and another employee completed the job efficiently and with true craftsmanship - The trim work was meticulously finished. The space was truly transformed into an attractive, cozy place we have begun to access almost daily. We absolutely love it!

Curtis was at my house within 3 hours of my initial call. He measured everything and gave me a quote on triple paned windows and labor that was $300. 00 less than another company had given for single pane glass. The windows were ordered and arrived on time. On the day of installation he and his crew arrived right on time and the installation, finishing and clean up were accomplished in under two hours. No surprises in billing and he and his crew were professionals throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs glass work done.

The work crew arrived on time and set up to begin work in empty unit after I demo'd old windows. They made cut-outs where necessary and installed the new windows, then insulated and caulked and did the trim work inside and out. It took most of the week. My property manager scheduled with the tenants. The tenants all liked the new look and extra light and ventilation! These new windows should improve the insulating factor from the other ones. Curtis and his partner worked very hard to remove the door, redo the framing, and re-install the door perfectly. Very happy with the results, and would highly recommend Lighthouse Glass. They certainly know what they're doing!

Curtis responded immediately to my initial phone call and after he came by to inspect and measure he provided us with an estimate. After doing our due diligence we determined that the pricing was fair, and that Curtis and his team had the recommendations, reviews, and the most professionalism of anyone we talked to. He was extremely busy (which is a good sign) yet kept in touch with us throughout as we waited for the windows to arrive. The install went quickly and cleanly and the whole team was awesome. They cleaned up everyday and respected our house so the disruption was fairly minimal.

Curtis was extremely easy to work with. The day that he was recommended to me, I contacted him and he called right back. He was extremely forthcoming with what his schedule looked like and was flexible with timing as I was still waiting for my windows to come in. The next day I had a quote from him and it was MUCH lower than I had anticipated. When we finally got around to getting the work done, he brought 4-5 guys with him to knock it out as quickly as possible because he had a trip planned. The windows were installed in less than a day, and would have been completed that day if not for having to wait on materials from another company. The following day, he picked up the remainder of materials and completed the work in half a day. <br /> While installing one of my windows, the wire connecting my garage door to my garage door opener in my house was broken (the thing was ancient and this was inevitable - the wire shattered if that is any indication of its state). Curtis let me know right away and went to get wiring to fix it. It is operational again and works better than before. <br /> After work was completed, Curtis inspected all windows to make sure work was completed, and made some corrections along the way. He was very detailed, and I truly appreciate the attention he paid to the quality of what was done. <br /> The price was exactly what he quoted me - 1/2 up front, 1/2 after completion of the work. I received several phone calls from him throughout the entire process - from quoting to completion - during which he would update me with scheduling/material status/completion status. He personally made several stops at my window manufacturer to see the status of the windows and make any necessary arrangements. <br /> I will absolutely use Curtis again for any installation needs, and even asked what else Lighthouse Glass does outside of windows so I can take advantage of their services when possible during my remodel. <br />

This was a fairly large job with some custom sized/shaped windows.  Everything went well and the new windows look fabulous inside and out.  The workmanship is excellent, and the cleanup was professional. The work was completed as quoted with no additional charges or any problems. I would highly recommend Lighthouse Glass Services.  Curtis certainly knows his stuff and is very nice to work with.    <br />

I was very happy with Curtis and the quality of his work.   He showed up exactly when he said he would to evaluate the problem, discussed how he would do the repairs and what it would cost and completed the work on time and within his estimate.  I was concerned about being able to find anyone to do this relatively small job in a short time frame but Curtis filled the bill.   I would definitely use his services again. <br />

Went very well.  Curtis came by I think the day after I originally called and looked at the window and gave his price to replace.  He ordered the window and was back the next week to remove old window and install the new one.  Nice easy fix. <br /> We also spoke about fixing, replacing my front door.  When he came back with the replacement window, he had some brochures of what would work well.  I will be calling him back shortly I figure to get going on that project. <br />

Could not have gone better. Lighthouse replied very promptly, gave a good quote, pretty good price  comparable to other companies I contacted. Unlike other companies who were weeks out, Lighthouse was able to replace the window within days. I would highly recommend this company. Very professional, great to work with. I called 9 other companies. I chose this company due to their reply time, quote, and reasonable solid information I received re. doing the job. I'm very happy to have chosen this company for the job and will certainly use them again, if need be. They did a great job and gave a break on the estimate as they stated there was not as much work involved as they had originally stated. Highly recommend. Both guys who replaced the window were super. <br />

Mr. Weaver was very responsive to my initial call, came and measured, and double-measured, gave a quote, and we agreed to proceed.  The windows are made by a company in Anchorage.  When he returned with the replacement windows, he discovered they were 1/4 inch too large.  Thus they had to be remade.  He returned the following week with the correct-sized windows.  The installation went quickly.  The windows themselves looked very clear. <br /> The issues keeping the rating at a B rather than an A were for two items that could have been caught in advance.  <br /> 1) Not having the correct size in the first installation visit could perhaps have been addressed at the window factory. Measuring the newly made windows at the factory could have found their mistake, rather than bringing the windows for the installation. <br /> 2)  After the windows were installed, I noticed the seal at the top right inside was not clean and smooth, i.e. the edge was visible.  After pointing this out to Mr. Weaver, he said the seal must have stretched in the installation and caulked the area.  I also caulked again before repainting the insides and outside of the frame.  One can still see the difference from the other windows, although it is not major.  Perhaps a new seal was in order. <br />

Very professionally done. Quick to get back to me with an estimate. Willing to work within my condo board association limitations and restrictions. Even <strong> </strong>took out more insurance to satisfy them. did a much more thorough job of measurements than the other estimates I had done. Better explanations of what was available and how the process worked.  Good about staying in touch and returning calls, which I have founds is uncommon in the contractor business. The whole project took 2 days. They were very courteous and professional the whole time. Arrived on time, worked hard, and the end result looks better than expected. Looking forward to seeing the difference in my heating bills this winter. <br />
