I cannot recommend Sarge enough, seriously thank you for the incredible work you did on our property following the recent flooding. After receiving multiple quotes, your pricing was the most reasonable. Beyond the excellent installation, we truly appreciate how you treated us with genuine empathy during such a devastating situation, rather than just treating us like an open wallet. Even offering to help my wife and I move some heavy items around. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family. Once we're back on our feet we're coming back for the EV port for our garage and any other electrical projects/ repairs. If you're on the fence look no further this is the best service money can buy.

Sarge from Lightning Electric was fabulous! He made the entire process of replacing our electrical panel as easy as it could be. Sarge and crew were professional, respectful, and there was no mess! Our house is safe and we can add on to the system when we need to! When finished, the panel was tested and labeled! I was given a walk through and all of the improvements and more were completed with care! The beginning…after inspecting our very old electrical situation he provided us with options and explained the pros and cons of each choice. When we decided on the option we were able to schedule our service quickly! Sarge and crew arrived on time and the whole job was completed within the estimated time! We are very happy and would definitely recommend them for any electrical needs!

Lightening Electric and Sarg (owner) are consummate pros. I have track lights in a ceiling that is 18' high. Truly beyond my abilities. Sarg and crew first consulted about the best LED bulb options and then changed 34 of 36 lights. the last two had defective cans, which Srag is looking to find replacements. I have several other electric jobs (track lights and rewiring an outbuilding) in which I will engage Sarg and crew. I recommend them highly.

We had the panel replaced and the surge protector put in. They did an amazing job and we asked them to also put in two dedicated lines for our kitchen. All the work looks and works great. I would recommend them if you need electrical work completed.

They were the upmost professionals. Led us thru every phase they were doing. Very easy to talk to. They suggested things that should be done. They replaced the meter box and rizer and electric wire to the main line for aep to connect. They called us to make sure AEP had been out reconnected the main line to get electric back running. Working with Sarge was great! Excellent communication when it came to the quote, expectations, and execution of the project. I even added some lights in the middle of the project and he was flexible and happy to add them. Sarge installed a grounding system, whole house GFCI, and 14 recessed lights. We are very happy with how they all turned out.

They lied came to my home tried to bully my sick disabled aunt whose name is on no paper work mine is and threatened to put a lien on home mind you my name is on the paperwork cameras everywhere and they didnt wanna talk to me. I have everything they gave me says balance paid in full next stop lawyer they will no longer be in business when im done my concern is where did my money go and if I have their receipt says zero balance why are you at my door threatening an old woman whose name dont appear at all????

We were shocked to receive a same day response to our request for a quote and were very impressed by the knowledgeable discussion that was had about the scope of our project. We likewise received the quote in writing the next day and were able to coordinate a few changes as well with prompt back and forth communication. From there, our project was quickly scheduled and the service was fantastic. Although found to be a bit more complex than expected, Sarge stuck with us and communicated what was happening as he worked. When all was said and done, it was exactly as we had hoped. All work was done to code with safety as the first priority. Despite my insistence to the contrary, Sarge thoroughly cleaned up all debris and dust and our space was left just as it was prior to arrival. As we are mid construction and not quite ready for installation, all was completed to a 'rough-in' state and he will return to finish as soon as we are in the next phase and we can't wait!!

Sarge was an amazing electrician! He took the time to understand when specific scenarios and contexts were causing electrical issues, and when they weren’t. After he gained a clear understanding, he was able to visualize and troubleshoot a few different options and talk through them with me, to see what would work best for our needs and budget. Sarge’s pricing was very honest, and I did not have to worry that he would become opportunistic and take advantage of our newly found (multiple) electrical issues and overcharge us. Sarge himself is a standup guy, very friendly, considerate, and highly knowledgeable. For a job well done with honesty and integrity, I would HIGHLY recommend Sarge and this company to ANYONE in Columbus needing an electrician. 1000/10
