Lilco Construction Inc

We couldn't be happier with the work Lilco did finishing our basement! The project included a beautiful full bathroom, and amazing custom bar, and transforming the entire space into a comfortable, functional extension of our home. From the very beginning, Josh and his team were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the project, kept us informed every step of the way, and delivered exactly what they promised. The bathroom is very luxurious, and the bar has become the centerpiece of our basement-its the perfect place for entertaining family and freinds. Reliable affordable and timely Skilled worker with confidence This is for Josh

Superb. Great contractor. Skilled in all areas of building construction, demolition, heavy equipment operation. Very nice guy. Hard working. Reasonable pricing.

Lilco has done numerous jobs here to our Satisfaction. Owner is honest, knowledgeable about various home construction projects and easy to work with. Bring your own vision or let him help you bring a general goal/vision to life. He’s been able to help me troubleshoot with success.

Had the opportunity to experience Lilco's work on several projects. These guys always had a professional attitude and took the time for all preparations and quality control. They did not leave a mess or unwarranted damages like so many fly-by-night contractors tend to do. They even magnet swept driveways for screws/nails whenever they finished loading out for the night. The owner is always up front about any costs, with no hidden charges to get the jobs done.

Reliable and trustworthy. Work was done promptly and Josh works with you to meet your needs. I will definitely be hiring him again!!

Lilco was a great company to work with! They are easy to communicate with and answered all of my questions and concerns. They are reliable and trustworthy. My kitchen and bathroom came out better than I could have imagined. I couldn’t be happier and hope to be able to remodel my other bathroom in the near future.
