Lily's Window Cleaning

I used them several times and I like them very much. It was very reasonable. We had them at our house several times. They just were fantastic. They were awesome. It took them three hours to clean the windows in the house. They were excellent. They were very professional and very punctual. I felt that their fees were very reasonable. For the house, they charged couple of hundred dollars. It was a big two story house. They charge $125 here in the condo. It took them about an hour or maybe an hour and a half to clean the Condo.

The owner must have hired different people and they aren't as good as they used to be. I used to use them all the time and the service was always great.

We've used the company several times, and we've always had good experiences.  The cleaner was highly thorough and did a superb job with the cleaning.  In fact, I was very impressed at how much work the young man was able to do in such a small amount of time.  The price was quite reasonable as well.  We plan on having them back soon for additional work.

They were recommended by Angie’s List some years ago. They were timely; they were punctual. They did the work in a thorough manner; I was satisfied with their work. Also, their price was right. 

They are pretty reliable, they are pretty busy at certain times of the year, they are very courteous and where booties, they are very careful about moving back drapes, and they do it in a very quick reasonable amount of time.

I wasn't sure they could take care of us, since we are on the second floor of a corner condo. But they did it and did a fantastic job. We had to cancel a couple of times because of the weird weather but they were cooperative in rescheduling. They are our window cleaners now. I will use them again in the future.

They did an excellent job. The price was good and the service was great.

Terrible customer service. They were supposed to come at 2:00PM but called me in the morning and asked if they could come early, so they actually showed up at 10:00AM, which meant I had to reshuffle my schedule. They cleaned the windows and the carpet, then a couple of days later, I discovered they had punched a hole in my bathroom screen and not told me. I tried calling the company to get someone to come out so I could get it fixed. Figured they would either fix it or reimburse me for fixing it. No, not that simple. The guy who did the work, Morgan, never returned my calls. Tried stopping by their "office," it's just a space owned by another company that their bookkeeper occasionally occupies and she doesn't follow a schedule. I called the company and they told me to drop the screen off, Shannon would get it when she came in - I put the screen where they said to leave it, but she said she never got the message. Long, long story...It took a month of phone calls and finally a threat to contact the BBB before they built me a "new" screen. The frame was beat up and not in very good condition compared to my relatively new, white screens, but after dealing with these people for a month I was just glad to be done with it. Bottom line - don't expect any customer service. The owner just answers the phone (on occasion) but doesn't take any responsibility for correcting problems. She doesn't return calls and she's the one who was supposed to make sure my screen got picked up. Joel, who did the work, is totally unreliable - he claimed they were "undermanned," but I was a former customer, so you'd think they'd put a priority on making sure customers return.

I felt they did an excellent job for a fair price.

We were very happy with the result of their work. Our windows (and screens) were very clean when they completed their work.

My windows have never looked so good! Worker was polite & hard working. Took him over 6 hours! My only disappointment was that the sunroom roof was not cleaned because they don't have the equipment to reach it.

Expected a professional window cleaning including cleaning of the entire window and not just the glass. He used a dirty rag and a bucket of soap and water. My definition of a window is clearly not the same as theirs. I won't use them again and don't recommend them.

I was very pleased with their work. They were very prompt in responding to my phone calls and when they got to the work I thought the were very thorough.

They were very professional, we called them and they had an appointment the next day. They were reasonable and very friendly. They did what they said they were going to do.

It went very well. I had forgotten to mention that I wanted the glass on the closet doors done too and when they came out I was able to add that to the original job of the windows for a little cost.

They came when they said they would. We had some paint done and they had to come back with a stronger solution. The 2nd time they came back, the windows looked great. We asked them to not get on the tile roof and they listened. They cleaned the windows in a really efficient and timely way. It did not drag out at all.

Lily's Window Cleaning did a great job clearing the debris which had accumulated in our rain gutters since our home was built 22 years ago. The grout in particular in our bathrooms is much lighter in color now that it is clean. The barbecue island and concrete in our backyard are both sparkling clean, too. Because of a communication error our entire home exterior was pressure washed as well. Since we hadn't asked to have this done Lily's didn't charge us a penny; I have to admit our home benefited from this however as it looks much better. We got an estimate from them for cleaning our carpeting upstairs and plan to use Lily's for this task after our remodeling project is done.

This is the second time I've used the company. They are easy to schedule with and are accommodating, since they do Saturdays. The serviceman, Todd, was prompt, courteous, neat and clean. His equipment malfunctioned halfway through and the job took him at least 2 hours more than it would have otherwise, but he completed all the work as quickly as possible. Last time, the serviceman also cleaned the sliding tracks. That wasn't done this time, and because of the fires there is still a lot of soot in the window tracks, but perhaps Todd simply didn't have time because of the faulty equipment. He accommodated my needs by working inside first so that I could go out while he worked outside.

My windows are spotless! They did an excellent job and left everything neat. Their pricing is competitive, and I do feel like I got a good value for my money. Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly what we paid. I would definitely use this company again for our next window cleaning.

Todd arrived on time and cleaned the windows inside and out, removed and cleaned and replaced the screens and cleaned a difficult to reach skylight. He was efficient and thorough, polite and easy to work with. We will use this company again. Their work is very good and the price extremely reasonable
