Great, a little slow on timing but overall great work

Lionel and his crew are amazing. Full floors, completely new kitchen, head to toe painting. The works! They were efficient, attentive and gave me a great quality for the price!

Not only did Lionel and his team do a beautiful job they were fair and kept us involved in the process as well as keeping us informed about costs . Lionel came for the estimate and started work within 2 days . I would recommend them to anyone !!

My wife and I were on a tight schedule after purchasing our first home. We were moving to NJ from the city and had limited time to renovate our home due to our apartment lease expiration. Lima Contracting was able to complete all of our task list and MORE in the amount of time that other contractors said they could not. Lionel, Rob and their crew worked tirelessly to make our first home perfect for us. After the 2-month job was completed, we couldn't have been happier. The house that we bought was gone and what was left, was ours. <br />

<p>Lionel and Rob were the best. They stayed in constant contact, and helped us find the right materials for the jobs. No task was too small - even mounting curtain rods for us! They took great care with our new places. We recently had a flood from the upstairs person, so we immediately called them to come back to help with the repairs. We are genuinely very happy with them and the work they did. My mom was so happy when she saw her new place that she cried.</p>

He looked on there for them. He was pretty happy with them. They just took a little longer than expected so he had to keep asking them to come back and just do some finishing touches but otherwise they did a pretty good job. It was supposed to be for 3 weeks and I think it ended up being for 2 months. It was a big job. My son got some other bids and theirs was the lowest.

First Mr. Lima is very respectful and professional gentleman. We told him what we wanted and he provided our services. We needed to replace two walls that the previous owner took down illegally. Next, the kitchen was in desperate need of repair. The bath had two doors entering so we closed one of the doors which was the entrance from the master bedroom. We used that closed off door as an addition to our now walk in closet! Also his team redesigned the space to be more functional. His son showed us that the roof had a leak that has been going on for a long time in the bath. He went on the roof with my husband to inspect where the leak was coming from and suggested that we look into a new roof in a few years. He patched the problem for us without asking. These guys are communicative, suggestive and very respectfully during the entire renovation. Mr. Lima and his team is very knowledgeable and I would definitely suggest using him and his team for any work throughout your home. As of this writing, they are still working on our home and we are very satisfied since they began.

I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor.  <br /> Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen.  <br /> Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome.  <br /> They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work. <br /> If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!! <br /> Anyone need additional information or want to see before and after pictures feel free to reach out.  Good-luck on your hunt!
