Work was amazing but follow up has not been good.

Hardwood floor installation and refinishing. Lucas was very responsive and understood what we were trying to achieve. He worked hard to fit us into a schedule even as our construction schedule is changing. We had hardwood installed in three rooms and existing floor sanded and stained to match. We are very pleased with the result and will recommend!

The floors were beautifully cared for: even and gorgeous. They were affordable and did a GREAT job. The contractors were kind and efficient and respectful of the house. They were timely and quick and we could not be happier!

Lucas' team was very punctual and professional. His lead guy (Miguel) was well versed in his trade and made sure that we were taken care of as the customer. I will definitely use them again for future projects. The floors turned out amazing, especially for the price.

Lucas and team refinished our Floors and did a spectacular job. They were recommended to us by a neighbor and we were not disappointed. They actually fixed the work done weeks before by a contractor who almost ruined our floors. I’ll being them back to refinish the rest of our house when the time comes.

It’s not easy for anyone when you have an extreme project done like we did. If you want something like this done and want to people to notice it’s going to take time, and you need to really know the time period and ask questions so you don’t run into surprises. But we were able to work well with Lucus.

chose the red chestnut stain which turned into a beautiful medium brown color when finished, staff was knowledgeable and on time. completed the job in 4 Days. its been almost a week since they finished and we haven't noticed any imperfections in their work. very pleased with their refinish.

I own several rental properties with hardwoods and have tried other flooring company's in the past. Lima's Hardwood Flooring is the best we've found AND at great rates AND great service. We now consider Lucas "our guy" and won't bother to shop around again.
