I’ve consistently received excellent service, and my most recent experience was no exception. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail.
A special thank you to Caleb, the service technician, who truly went above and beyond. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain the issue and the steps needed to fix it. What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism—you can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and making sure the customer feels confident and informed.
It’s rare to find a company that delivers this level of consistency and quality, and Caleb is a big part of that experience.

Water Heater - Install or Replace
Jason and Tabbie from Limric did an excellent job removing and replacing the water heater. They were super easy to work with and explained what they would do in a good way. They stayed to ensure the air was out of the system and water was running hot. They cleaned up everything, including the disposal of the old tank. The expansion tank was installed with a brass fitting to provide better stability. I would hire Jason and Tabbie any day to do this work. The price that Kenny / Limric quoted came with a $300 discount which really helped. Once the price was agreed on, Limric was able to schedule the install that same afternoon.

I have been trying to get the quarterly inspection done on my hvac that I am paying for. I have tried for a year. Every time I schedule the appointment they call the day before and cancel. They have done this at least four times.

I am so upset with my service and cost today. I couldn't believe what LIMRIC Plumbing charged to fix a simple leak on my pedestal sink ($493). I provided the new hardware and was charged $200 for two small water lines. Cost about $18 each at Lowes. I have no problem with fair and reasonable but what was charged today was NOT fair and reasonable. Their service prices are outrageous! If you have money to burn then maybe this company is for you. I will NEVER use them again.

They are excellent. We are on a service plan with them and they are very reliable. If anything goes wrong, they come out right away. They go above and beyond. The guys are all very nice and we would highly recommend them.

They were horrible. I'd never have them again. We thought they just really took advantage of us on price. They charged us just under $1000 for a simple replacement faucet that did not include the faucet, hooked up the dishwasher, and did a little bit of plumbing under the sink. I would not recommend them. They were very expensive and they also messed up the job, so we had to get someone else in here to repair it.

It was like a yearly contract thing. The price is probably comfortable. The work is good. I wasn't real happy with some things. I guess it would go under professionalism. Every time they came they tried to up-sell me on things. Like two years ago they told me my new unit needed to be replaced. I didn't think it did, and two years later its still running perfect. I feel like they were trying to up-sell me. It was something every time. The communication was good. The service was good. They did what they were suppose to do. I did feel like it got out of hand with things. The units were fine. That is my one biggest complaint with them.

They've done many things. They have done a variety of different things here. He did our hot water heater. He did gas to our barbecue gas grill, they installed the gas line. They have been out here a many times before. They are reliable, they're good, and they're good to work with. I would give them kudos for being upright, honest, and dealing with it very well. The workers that I came in contact with were professional, dependable, reliable, and fine.
