Walter was great. He and his helper arrived on-time and spent the whole first day busy. The second day he brought a different helper. They were very neat and cleaned up and covered the floor areas and our bed. They put in a barn door and had to install a header with drywall. They moved one light and put in 5 new lights.They also fixed one bathroom faucet that the cold and hot water lines had been switched. I would definitely recommend him to friends

Walter did am excellent job of sealing a gap under my sliding door that was giving me water intrusion issues. He clearly explained what he was doing and offered suggestions for how to mitigate drainage issues that were contributing factors to the water intrusion. He was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up well after the job was done.

They worked very hard to to get the project done as I requested and for a reasonable price.

Linares Construction proved to be a high-quality, high-integrity business. Walter (owner) was in the difficult position of coming in and finishing up a remodel begun by another contractor who could not continue. Linares did a wonderful job and provided exceptional value. Walter was great at seeing how an original plan was maybe not the best way to go and proposing a more workable alternative. He is an excellent, dedicated craftsman. His wife, Wilma, was also on site everyday helping with details. There were many unexpected turn in this complicated job but Walter and Wilma held steady, remained flexible, overcame all obstacles, and created a beautiful, warm home space.

Walter was reasonably priced, personable, and proficient. He was able to quickly knock out every project we've thrown his way. The results are great, so we would definitely use Linares again.

He built a platform for my new shed. Did an excellent job! It's the right size and properly leveled as the ground is sloped. We'll done!
