Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Scott & Chris did a thorough evaluation of the crawl space underneath my house. They answered all my questions and provided detailed explanations, including pictures of the issues found. I would highly recommend Scott & Chris for any home issues you might be experiencing. The pricing was extremely reasonable given the time, effort spent, and education on how to remedy the issues. I would rate Lindholm's Carpentry & Home Repair business 5 Stars!!! Frank S.

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
I hired Scott to replace a crawl space door that was weather worn. Raccoons entered the area causing insulation damage. Other companies weren’t coming out until December. Scott came out within a week of my call. Replaced the door and did it within a reasonable price. I will definitely use his company for for jobs in the future

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
Scott is great to deal with and is very responsive to emails or voice mails you send him. Great communication. The final cost was exactly what the estimate was. We already asked him to look at a sun porch project we?ll be doing next. He clearly has a great deal of knowledge and expertise. We?ll definitely use him again.

Deck or Porch Repair
We were thrilled with our experience working with Lindholm’s. They provided a detailed, honest assessment of our porch repair at a fair price. They were communicative at all times via phone, email and text. They were courteous and took the time to explain to us what needed to be done and how long it would take . This is a family business that I would recommend to anyone in the Cape May County region who needs high quality carpentry work done by professionals. Thank you Kris and Scott! We love our new porch!

Doors (Exterior) Installation and Replacement
14 windows replaced. Professional, knowledgeable and worked miracles on 106 year old openings for windows. (Should be an option to choose on drop down menu) I highly recommend this company. This is our 3 project with this company and have never been disappointed with their work.

Deck or Porch Repair
Front entry stairs needed removal and rebuild to coordinate with another existing set of stairs built 23 years ago and was changed over to new railings 8 years ago. Scott matched the railing perfectly with the decorative spindles and ball post caps matching perfectly. He was able to give me larger and wider treads with better materials and design yet preserved a good look with the old steps. Scott was always available for questions and discussion. His timing with communication was the best I’ve experienced. He showed a true interest in the job and made a great effort to do what I asked. The new steps are both attractive and extremely more functional than the old. The work was done neatly and orderly without disturbing the garden. I found working with him very easy.

Scott and Chris were great to work with! They did our kitchen cabinet renovation for us . They are reliable, communicative & respectful of your home. We have a classic, small, older, beach cottage, which comes with some challenges, however they were able to manage those effectively & did quality work. We love our newly renovated kitchen!

We had an exceptional experience working with Scott and his team. We called Scott to help Resolve problems that had been band aided by another contractor. The team was professional, prompt and worked in detail; while taking their time to diagnose the issue we had in order to properly root cause it and repair it correctly the first time. Scott maintained constant and open communication throughout the process which we greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Scott and Lindholm Carpentry.

Excellent, had to build wall on either side of the door in the garage. Also put in a double hung window in bedroom. Looks like it had been part of the house forever. At end of job all clean up was done. You would never know any work was done. House cleaner after job than before. All trash removed. Extremely happy with this company. I definitely would use again.

Without a doubt, Scott and his crew did a first rate job in all respects. When Scott provided an estimate for the work, he also explained the likely cause of the problem and how he would fix it. Looking now at the ceiling where there had been numerous nail pops protruding, one would never know that there was a problem. The subsequent painting was done neatly and is flawless. The entire room was left very clean. Scott then provided photos of the work done since I was not available to see it in person. In addition to the fine work that Scott did, he was always extremely responsive in getting back quickly and answering all questions asked. He also did the job when promised, and worked on it continuously each day until completed. I would definitely use Scott and his company again. In fact, once he finished the work, I began thinking of whether there was possibly anything else he could do at my condo because his work was of such high quality!
