I originally gave him 5 stars because his initial assessment and explanation was convincing. He came out and started the work and that was good, but when he returned to do the major repair I was not home and he did a terrible job. When I confronted him he had only poor excuse. I had to hire someone else to do the job correctly I have pictures.
