Do not use this company. Whatever you do. Kenny sold his company as being able to build a simple deck. He came by, pretended to be knowledgeable, said it could be done quickly. This was June 2018. First crew he sent out took apart and destroyed my second deck (I have two on two sides of my backyard). I immediately called Kenny and he said it would be taken care of. They would build me a new deck where they destroyed the old one and take care of what they agreed to do. That crew came out a few more times. Half-a** did some more work, but mostly just tore stuff out, stacked wood in my yard (killing my grass), and wasted time. They fired the crew who was working on my deck. Apparently, their crews were subcontracted out to other companies and not their own employees. Second crew came out. Eventually built the deck. Rather than building a new deck for the one they mistakenly destroyed, just put the old wood back in different pieces in a manner that it looks extremely poorly done. Crew was in my front yard. Neighbors heard them saying "Can't believe this guy is still paying us to do this." Finished the deck building, then started staining. Ended up staining a tree, most of my lights, and leaving a shoddily done product. There are huge areas where stain wasn't applied, areas where stain was clearly dripping off the wood, etc. Unresponsive. Will not come out and fix. Left piles of old wood and construction materials in my yard. This company is, without a doubt, the worst construction company I have ever dealt with. Wish I had looked at their yelp reviews before doing anything - found them on Angie's List. They are essentially scamming homeowners with a big sale and then failing to follow through. Kenny, one of the owners of the company, won't answer his phone and does not deal with customers once he gets them on the hook. Cannot emphasize enough that this company is not one you want to work with. Do not hire. Do not contract with. Do not contact. Should have been more skeptical of a company that sold itself as an exterminator and a contractor. If you're looking for extermination, hire ABC. If you're looking for deck work or other contracting, hire someone who is focused on it. Kenny talks a big game, fails to back it up, drags projects out forever, and then ultimately does a poor job. Without a doubt - this is one of the worst companies you could ever contact. If you ever consider them, reach out to me first on yelp. This "company" should be shut down. The worst experience.

Great! I had a rat infestation & Little Rascals addressed all my concerns & questions. They removed all our rodents with a warranty. I was happy with the price & level of professionalism throughout this process.

They sealed the exterior of the house; they used a sanitizing spray that did not hurt our 10 pound dog, and put an exit door in the attic. In addition, they set traps. We had one very determined mouse. Little Rascals was very responsive when I called to asked them to sanitize again. One night the remaining mouse fell into one of the traps. It was a little gray field mouse. We took the trap outside and poured oil on the base. The mouse was released and left. ?

They were very professional and on time. The price was great and I haven’t had any problems since. I would highly recommend you hire them.

Little rascals came out and did a full inspection of my property. They were super easy to deal with and super informative. They recommended different types of services based off of the issues that my home was having and were prompt to get the issues taken care of.

They did a thorough job and we have not been bothered with rodents since then.

They got the job done. It was kind of expensive but they were competitive to another place I checked with. They did have financing available.

They did a real good job for me. I was pleased. My next door neighbor and I both had him. They always come back whenever you need them.

It took about 6 weeks to finally get rid of all the rats. The crews were professional and closed up all the holes to our house and always came back to the house when we needed them to, even after I paid them. They didn’t forget about the project and followed through. They educated us on the remediation and how thorough you really have to be to eliminate the rats humanely. No poison was used at all and no dead rats were found on the property. They also offered a lifetime guarantee if we ever need them again.

Either the salesman/ inspector needs more training or the Forman lied. We were sold a higher price to have the insulation sucked out. Day of service, we were informed our job was small enough they would only remove it by hand. Not what was promised. We choose this removal method for a reason. Not consulted on the change. There has been no return visit to check traps or inspect for return critters. The follow up was canceled due to rain ,which confused me since it’s inside in an attic. Still no reschedule call.
