I had such a great experience with Liv Air! They serviced my boiler, and from start to finish the process was seamless. Leo is incredibly professional, easy to speak with, and genuinely such a nice person. He?s honest, reliable, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The technician who came to replace the parts was also wonderful ? very clean, respectful, and efficient. I?ve dealt with other companies before, but no one even comes close to the level of service Liv Air provides. Their pricing is fair and reasonable, and they answer calls right away, which is so rare these days. I?m honestly taken back by how great they were. I highly recommend Liv Air!

I was lucky enough to be introduced to Leo at LIV Air by Angie’s List a few weeks ago, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From start to finish the service was exceptional… Leo is incredibly personable and made the entire process smooth and as stress free as it could be. He took the time to explain everything from an engineer’s perspective but in layman’s terms so I could fully understand and ensure I knew why the work being done was necessary. His professionalism and transparency gave me complete confidence in working with LIV and recommending them to my friends and family going forward. At no point did I feel I was being upsold (in fact the opposite… he was trying to save my AC unit when I assumed I needed new) and he provided honesty around the competitive pricing he offered me. He was punctual, communicative and it is clear that he cares about his customers. Truly mean it when I say you won’t regret working with LIV Air!

I had a few plumbers radiator people come out and look at this radiator of mine and he was the only one to fix it properly. The silver price that lets the steam out has to be in an upward motion. I would recommend because he really understands how radiators and the steam system works or boiler unit in a home.

Excellent experience from start to finish of job. We have two feet of water in basement and hvac system was not working. Had another company come out prior with an extremely high quote. Leo was easy to work with and gave a very fair price for the work. I expressed urgency with extreme heat and was to work with me to get parts quicker. They came and quickly got the air conditioning up and running. Highly recommend!
