It went great! They came out the day after we called them. They removed the old water heater which created a new closet space in the kitchen! That's cool. The new tankless water heater is installed on the outside of the house and it looks fine. They explained everything thoroughly. My tenant is totally comfortable again thanks to Live Oak!

It was a tougher job than it really needed to be since it was a Sunday. But the guys worked hard at it and showed genuine concern about the fact that I couldn't use the pipes. Very happy and will call them next time.

Great.  They made adjustments so that the new ceramic bowl could fit into the marble top of the bathroom sink/cabinet module. The expert work was catered to our special needs and we were most pleased with the result. <br>

With high recommendations, we contacted Live Oak Plumbing. They replaced the exposed, plastic gasline at the meter with metal, re-ran the gas line under ground and into the attic where they updated all the gaslines from their prior galvanized pipe state. The also re-ran and buried new plumbing for both the kitchen and laundry room and there has not been one issue since. Great! The obstuction was really deep down, but it wasn't an issue for the plumber. It only took a few minutes and we had a pleasant conversation. Real nice guy.

Mr. Metevier arrived on time, was very professional and courteous. He was very thorough in checking the sink and dishwasher. No leaks were found.

It went very well! Before they installed the new heater, they had to provide a small water heater for me to use for a few days. They were very mindful of my dilemma and worked as quickly as possible.

They were very punctual and professional. My leaking pipes were fixed in no time. While they do not have the larger equipment for more serious drain clogs, they did help me understand how my (completely janky, unconventional, New Orleans style) plumbing system works, so that I could make some good decisions on future renovations, including water heater options and other things. David Metevier has been doing this for decades and has seen it all. As my go to plumber, I was also able to call them when both my and the neighbor's house were having further clogged drain issues. The plumber that the neighbors had hired was trying to convince me that I needed to have my line snaked out again, and charge hundreds for it, but could cut a deal since he was already out there. A quick call to Live Oak saved me a lot of money when I found out that the other plumber was full of it. Honesty goes a long way in this business and I think David and his son Jacques run a very honest business.

They were very responsive and got to my house within a half hour of me calling them. They quoted for free and the price was right so I had them install it there on the spot. The job was done in an hour and a half and everything is working well.

Great! Got the sense that they were honest and straight forward. Took their time trying to exhaust potential sources for leak.
