Ricky is an excellent technician. This is a new house for me and not familiar with some of the equipment. He completed our checkup and told me it was in good condition, familarized me with the system and some of the plumbing. That is part of the reason I signed for your plan. I was impressed with Ricky and his representation of your company. I would like for him to do my air conditioner in the Spring. Thank you.

The guy came out and listed 2 things wrong with a price of $1420. He said he couldn't get the parts until Feb. We paid him $79. Today we had someone else come out and nothing he listed as needed repaired was a problem. Our heater was fixed for $149 and is running. We are really glad we didn't pay for unnecessary services.
