I get my home cleaned once every 2 weeks and I am quite comfortable with working with this company. They do a really good job with cleaning my home. They don’t mind spending a little extra time working with me when certain unforeseen things may arise, and they send me reminders a day before if there are any change of plans. They are very professional and I have had no problems working with them.

We've been using Living Elegance for biweekly housecleaning for several months and are very pleased with the work they do. They are thorough, punctual, responsive, and look for ways to go above and beyond for their customers.

I found Paul and his team to be very pleasant and professional. They thoroughly cleaned my home, and did the best in making everything shine! My mother was with them most of the day, and mentioned how personable they were. I liked the fact that they used cleaning products that left little residue and the house smelled wonderful! Paul also cleaned the carpet throughout the house and did a great job. I will definitely hire them again for housecleaning and plan to use them to help get us organized for the big move!! It went very well. Paul told me on the phone they would arrive between 8-10, and I received a text message at 8:15 letting me know they would be at my house in approximately 20 minutes. When they arrived they were kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I have two small kids and so unfortunately there was more 'stuff' lying out and about than I ever would have cared for when they came. Instead of letting that deter them, they organized the stuff and didn't let that impact where they were able to clean (I would have totally understood if they didn't). For instance, I had a pile of frames sitting on a ledge until my husband had time to hang them, and instead of just moving the pile and dusting underneath (or just working around the pile), they dusted the entire ledge and lined up the frames nicely on the ledge. It was a really nice extra touch. My house smells clean, but there is no overwhelming chemical smell. They really went the extra mile, and it showed! I will be hiring them to come back regularly.

The cleaning service met my expectations and more. My house sparkled when they were finished. There was no chemical smells. Just a fresh citrus clean smell. I had requested to have my home given a good spring cleaning from ceiling down. Jennifer and Paul, were very professional, on time. They had provided a quote prior to the service being provided. There was no additional charges, no surprises. They were very considerate on my dog. Ms. Jennifer, even offered suggestions on how a couple of my rooms could be better organized to provide more room. I would highly recommend Living Elegance Cleaning and Organization company. I will definitely use them again.
