Jonathan King (LTD) provided a great experience for me! As a condo owner, i replaced 450 sq feet of rugs with red oak flooring, and 2 sets of stairs. Jonathan was up front in setting expectations, for timing, my responsibilities. I enjoyed being part of the process, picking out flooring and paint for the trim, he also assisted in replacing some closet doors. He had to deal with the quirks of my Kessler Farm Condo in building the stairs but overcame all obstacles. As a carpenter, he came fully equipped to make changes on the fly, he removed all the materials, rugs, matting and any construction residue. I highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality work, with a great small business.

Had several small outdoor carpentry projects needing repair, but project delayed until spring due to early snows in December. As soon as snows mostly gone, immediately contacted me to set up repair dates. All repairs completed within two days and to my satisfaction. Would hire again.

Johnathon from Living the Dream did a beautiful job installing my new storm/ screen door and new trim at the front of my home. He was very knowledgeable of the work needed done, very polite, cost was very reasonable. He was very professional.
