They were delayed because a prior job took longer than they thought. When they got here, they were fast and efficient. He took me downstairs and explained why my tank needed to be replaced. He then went above and beyond by installing two new, more efficient lines from the well to the tank. They were fast and cleaned up after a very dirty job. I called on Friday night, and they came on Saturday, at no extra charge. Even though he had to do more than planned, he stuck to his original quote. I will definitely call him for future work on my well.
