L & L Appliance Repair

The afternoon before Thanksgiving (at 3:00 pm!) our oven stopped working. I received a referral to L&L, called, and Lance immediately picked up. He was incredibly positive, solution oriented, and agreed to come by to fix. He was able to diagnose over the phone and came prepared with parts required. I will definitely recommend L&L to friends and feel 100% confident in my 5 star review!

L&L arrived on time, diagnosed the issue as a bad relay on the door closure (micro won't start if it thinks the door is open) and repaired it for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use L&L again for appliance repair!

Quickly and as promised

Excellent service. Came on time and fixed the problem in less than one hour door to door.

Rusty was personable, professional and polite, and he pretty quickly determined that my dishwasher motor was "done." He also did a quick look on his phone for replacement prices. The overall visit/assessment engendered my trust in his opinion such that when I later got close to deciding on new purchase, I called Lance, who I believe is the owner of L&L Appliance. Lance was very accommodating in enhancing my dishwasher research effort, and he definitely had some bearing on my ultimate purchase. I'm very much a due diligence person, but realize that not everyone wants to be peppered with questions and advice requests in their area of business. Not so, in this instance, and I feel I really benefited from the input I received from Rusty and later from Lance. These are A plus guys!

Saved us a big bill with simple repair that was misdiagnosed by a previous repair company

I had called and left a message He got a hold of me the next day and sent one of his repair guys out the following morning. For the service call it'd $45-55. The repair man came out and he undid the back and removed the ice build up. Now it seems like everything is running ok. I was impressed with the ability to get the problem solved.

The service call went great. I called L & L Appliance and spoke with Lance. He was able to come out the same day I called & was able to diagnosis & correct the problem quick. He was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He even had dog treats in his truck to give to my dogs! :) I will be calling L & L Appliance for all of my future appliance needs.

I texted Lance a video of the water pooling in my refrigerator. He called back, scheduled to come out, determined the problem, ordered the part and came back in 2 days to repair (it was not urgent - refrig was cooling just a fan was malfunctioning causing issues). I have used Lance for over 15 years on pretty much any appliance you can think of both in my home and for the properties I manage. He has just brought on a new guy - Rusty who did this job and was professional and knowledgeable. Totally honest, trustworthy and reasonably priced with prompt service. Highly recommend.

It went AWESOME, just like it always does with Lance!

<p>L & L Appliance Repair came out to my place at a moments notice.  I called in the morning and the technician expressed to me it was going to be tough to schedule me but he would make it work. An hour later he called and said he would be there early afternoon to take of the draining issue with my Samsung washer. The technician showed up ready to work, he inspected my washer and was certain it was the drain pump. He gave me a quote for the repair which was a lot lower than I had anticipated.  The technician went out to his truck and came back with the part needed for the repair. This was the first time I have ever used this company and it was the first I felt a service provider cared about me as the consumer.  He also shared with me so technical information on how to keep my washer longer.  I would recommend this Company to anyone.   </p>

This is my go-to company for appliance repair. I have used them for several repairs and Lance has always been able to come out promptly and quickly diagnose and repair the problem. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable - couldn't ask for better service!

Lance was efficient, kind, and knowledgeable. The cost for service & parts was more then fair. He reset main board and replaced lights in the microwave that stopped working, which required a lot of work to dismantle and fix.  

He did a great job on fixing my Electric dryer

For 15 remarkable years I have had the pleasure of having Lance as my go-to appliance repair guy. As a single woman he has saved me more times that I can count. He is the most trustworthy, kind, competent, responsive, and friendly person to work with. When he can't help me (i.e plumbing or electrical) he has kindly guided me to other trusted repair guys. Lance also takes care of my rental property. I would never use anyone else.

Lance has repaired many of my appliances over the years, from Dishwashers, ovens, dryers and Sub-Zero's.  He always discusses charges, and makes recommendations in regards to fixes.  My sub-zero is almost 18 years old, and we discuss the pro's and con's of fixing or replacing the unit completly.   His charges are reasonable.  He is  also very Dog friendly..

We need our appliance repairs to happen very quickly and Lance is great to come right away. He gives a clear description of the problem and the time and cost to do the repair. Besides doing excellent quality work, he is friendly and cheerful.

Dishwasher panel stopped working. Called Lance, explained what was happening. He had a couple of ideas on what might be wrong. He came by the next morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the part in his vehicle. Price was extremely fair for the part and service and now my wife doesn't have to hand wash the dishes. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've used L&L and the service has been the same responsive and great price each time. I have referred at least 3-4 people to Lance and they always thank me for the referral.
