The contractor went above and beyond to make me happy. Paint colors had to be changed in some rooms and no argument it was just done. I hired them to cut my doors after carpet was installed, and they did a great job with that too.

Mr. Lopez was very friendly and kept in touch with me until I was ready to complete the project. He expected me to buy the appropriate materials beforehand, but agreed to shop for the materials with me as I had no idea what to buy. This did increase the cost of his labor.

We agreed on an hourly price for 3 men working and only got two for about half of the time. The hourly rate did not change.

What does LLD, LLC mean? I answered the questions based on my guess that these initials refer to HomeAdvisor. If that's not the case, then cancel my ratings and email me. You shouldn't assume your customers know what LLD and LLC mean.

Sliding Door or Tracks - Repair
Timely and very polite. Kept me informed of every step during the process. Took extra effort in protection of my property. Went above what was asked. The supplier gave them the wrong product and they had to return it and pick up a new item. Did without any kind of complaint. Clean up after themselves and hauled away the damaged product. A great experience and would hire them to do other jobs.

I would have liked a more detailed breakdown of the materials purchased and the hours. I was in a hurry to get the job done and really did not get other quotes. I just wanted the job done immediately. He got the job done with out having to wait for days.

I enjoyed meeting and working with LLD, LLC (Jimmy). This is the first time I have ever felt comfortable with a contractor. He is kind, professional, honest, and hard-working. I have never been able to say this about any contractor before. I will be keeping their phone number handy for all my house needs, and I will be putting a positive comment about how great they were to me on FaceBook. As far as the other companies who were recommended, one of them scheduled to come give me an estimate, but he never showed up, and the other two never bothered to call me, but that's okay...this way I got LLD, LLC to do the work and I am happy!

Mr Lopez and his son Jerimy just completed an entrance door renovation. Our house is an OLD adobe and the job was not straightforward. They handled things impressively well. I'll hire them back first choice when and if the occasion arises.
