Delivered more than promised. Once the work started, offered options to better meet my needs. Finished ahead of proposed schedule. I have recommended LL Excavating to everyone needing Demolition or Excavation since working with them.

I have been in the construction trade for decades, so I have seen many equipment operators in action - both good and bad. I watched Larry working on a neighbors property and was truly impressed by his skills. He made a very difficult hillside clearing, look like a piece of cake. I walked up to him and hired him on the spot to do some similar work for me. He did a fantastic job, (better that I envisioned it could be), on time and under budget. Does not get much better than that. He will be doing more work for me in the future. Good guy!

Very professional and efficient with time and resources. As a female I'm always leery of being hustled for more money or a sudden bait and switch but I didn't have to worry about that. The work was exemplary and the vendor adhered to the quoted price. I was very pleased with the end result and have referred this contractor to my friends and family.
