When I first contacted him, he responded nicely, but once the work started, it became careless and unorganized. The fence was not installed correctly. Post holes were poorly dug, vinyl panels were damaged during installation, and the final result is uneven and not properly aligned. I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this installer.

I had a very disappointing experience with Louis. The fence installation was not done to a professional standard. The holes were not dug properly, and my vinyl fence was damaged during the process. Although he mentioned having experience with vinyl fencing, the quality of the work suggests otherwise. The fence is uneven in height and poorly aligned, which affects both the appearance and overall finish. When I raised concerns, the issue was not handled appropriately, and the material was unfairly described as ?cheap,? even though it is a quality product. Overall, I have lost a significant amount of money due to this work. I would not recommend hiring him for vinyl fence installation.

Lewis was extremely professional and prompt. The price for the work performed was reasonable and the entire process went smoothly. I highly recommend using his services and plan to be a return customer.

We hired Lewis to replace our 35-year old deck, which was beyond repair. We chose to use Trex composite flooring and railings. Lewis provided sample colors that made the selection process easier, which we appreciated. He kept us informed throughout the project. Lewis perfectly repaired a broken antique cast-iron roof ornament. He was on time, efficient, courteous, well-priced, and helpful when I suggested another repair only that occurred to me at the last minute. He even suggested a finishing spray paint job to clean it up at no extra charge. Very happy.

Ordered a gate from an online company and needed someone to mount the posts to concrete and attach the gate. The company I got the gate from did not send everything to complete the installation, but Louis came prepared and was able to do the install for me within 3 days of contacting him. I would use him again for fencing/gate/railing work.

Very good installation of new outdoor iron banister. Also repair of sinking entry gate and driveway gates. Fair priced and would hire again.
