Lance was determined to not let a door lever/handle get the best of him! The Schlage handle we had for installation (as well as the existing one...both the same) apparently was defectively made. He patiently accompanied me to Lowe's to shop for new handles (Kwikset), returned to the house and installed the new handles with no problem! Job well done!!! Thanks, Lance!
