Good job, great follow up.. 20 year old roof needed a couple treatments but Mike (owner)called me to check. Not something you normally see from others. I would recommend Loban

"Len, thank you, you have a beautiful home. Large 45 square - a steep roof that was almost completely black due to black mold, approximately 3500 square foot house, three-car attached garage, gutters all the way around, all covered with mold and algae, a more than 40-foot front walk, probably 30 retaining blocks that were covered in moss and algae. Also, roof, walls, and doors on a one-car detached garage. Everything came out amazing. All black mold, etc, is gone. We agreed on everything for (almost half price) $1000, and you paid $1100! An extra hundred! Does this factor into your value?"

They were very efficient & professional. They were able to get me on the schedule right away and did an amazing job! The before and after was unbelievable. Very careful about landscaping and items around house! Will definitely schedule with them again!

Loban was very efficient AND effective. The before and after comparison was great! I did not realize how bad the exterior of our house was until it was thoroughly cleaned and rid of the algae and mildew. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!
