It has provided me with some scheduling challenges. My company has been servicing the greater LA area for over 9 years. It started with me in a van based out of Santa Monica . I have worked very hard to grow my business and while we have had our challenges I take pride in being transparent with everything we do. The way it works is I send a technician to your home and he walks the scope of your project with you and gathers all the information that he needs. He then steps back out to the van and meets with my professional estimator on his tablet and they put together an estimate for you in real time. At no cost to you. My technician then returns and our estimator walks you through the quote on the technician's screen. You'll see different options, and we'll answer any questions right there on the spot. The reason I have implemented this system is to solve a problem within my business. I want there to be a consistent experience for all my customers throughout the entire business. I want there to be complete transparency in everything we do. By using this system we are able to offer a NO Change Order Guarantee, which means the price we agree on at the time of estimate is the price you pay - no surprises later. We also offer a 3 year workmanship warranty We are a professional handyman service with all the requisite licensing, insurance, workman compensation. My Technicians show up in branded vans and uniforms. You can find a guy with some tools and a truck to do the work. They would be much cheaper. They probably wouldn't be insured so you're taking a bit of a gamble but there are plenty of good guys out there if you can find them. But we are always here. When you call Local Home Services someone is going to answer the phone (usually me). If something isn't done to your expectations we make it right. I know that we offer excellent value for the services we perform. You went through this process and we performed the work. We have done the same process with many of my longterm customers, of which we have many, and they have given me positive feedback.
