I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Harold. From the moment I called to schedule service, their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Once the technician arrived, he took the time to listen carefully to the issues I was having with my AC and performed a thorough inspection before making any recommendations. I was impressed by how knowledgeable and transparent he was throughout the process. He explained exactly what was wrong, showed me the damaged parts, and walked me through the repair options without ever trying to push unnecessary upgrades or add-ons. The repair itself was done efficiently and neatly — no mess left behind — and the system was up and running better than it has in years. I could tell Harold takes pride in his work and truly cares about the comfort of his customers.

I could not be more impressed!!! Even with the holiday weekend they were able to install a new system for me super fast. Very responsive and helpful!!! I've never been happier to give my money to a company. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and professional. So happy I went with this company.

It's a matter of trust. Locke AC told me that I needed a new AC. Ugh! That was the last thing I wanted to hear. But Locke has taken care of my house and my friends for many years now. They have done good work and earned my trust. I took their advice and they installed a new AC the next day. They also came back twice to make improvements ensuring that everything worked perfectly. I own several rental units in the Tampa area. I use Locke's for all my A/C and heating problems. I found them after going through at least four other companies that were OK at first, but then they could not be trusted to show up and complete the job. Locke's is not perfect , but if the rare call back is needed , they respond quickly and at no additional cost. I recommend them, you will be happy with their knowledge and response time. Bernie A.

I loved the level of service and knowledge of the technician. I was expecting the worst when it came to cost and was extremely pleased with the service and the attention to cost savings in assessing the shortcomings of my air conditioner unit. <br /> <br />I would definitely use this company again and feel confident that if an issue arises with my air conditioner that I have someone knowledgeable to fix it.

I would highly recommend the company to anyone.  They were courteous, prompt, and they made sure my house was back in order and even cleaned the floor after the unit was installed.  This company has honesty and integrity!  The process went very smoothly with no disruption to my life.  After the air conditioner was installed I had further questions and they answer questions right away and don't have to wait hours for call back.  They even came back to my house to make sure I was comfortable with operating the unit.  The father owns the company and he made sure the project went right.  The son is just a thorough as his father making sure to explain all the details were explained to me.  I have used this company for a few years now and you can call them day or night they get back to you right away and do not over charge or charge a premium rates in an emergency.  You will not have to worry about a warranty on the workmanship on anything you purchase since they will always be there to help you!

We really needed air conditioning a couple of Sundays ago because we had family in town from North Carolina. The company we had used in the past wasn't answering on Saturday and we tried to wait. It feels like we called countless companies on Sunday morning and either we got answering machines or companies with ridiculous weekend rates. We had a company come out before Locke's and they told us we needed a new system, even tho our system was only 6 years old. Locke's Expert & Quality Service not only answered the phone promptly, they made it out to my house within the hour and had us up and cooling again for under $200 vs. paying the other company $1000's for a new system. We are so happy that we found you guys. Thank you so much again. <br /> <br /> <br />

Overall they were  Efficient, Punctual and quite pleasant. I definitely would use the services again.
