Locksmith Central  The technician did a nice job but he showed up to the appointment late. Scheduling was not an issue, however.

On time and professional.  I didn't have enough doors to re-key at the time to maximize the deal, but they will come back at no charge to finish when I'm ready. <br />

It was fine.  We had no problems.  They were very nice and helpful.

One of our bcd door lock / latch mechanism started malfunctioning. Wouldn't retract the "thing" all the way into the hole when the handle was turned. The service guy arrived on time and replaced some parts inside the lock assembly. Working OK now. Not the cheapest in the world, but better than having to replace the entire thing myself. <br />

One of my gated doors was stuck so they fixed it. They said something was wrong with the turning mechanism. I thought the deal would cover the service but it was just to have the locksmith come to look at what needed to be done. They did a fine job.

It went well. They were able to get me inside the house and I have absolutely no complaints. They have worked very well. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I've used them a couple of times and they are great.

I bought a deal for purpose of rekeying locks and was told that what I paid was for a service call and didn't cover the locks which would be separate.  I argued and told them I specified that when I called them and the only need I had was for rekeying these lock    and a service call diagnostic was n <br /> <br />

Everything went well and he did a great job. <br />

My experience with Locksmith Central was fine.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did charge me more because I had additional work done, the service call only covered him coming to the door, it didn't cover him doing anything. He was okay but he was late, he didn't call so that was annoying. I would understand if he got tied up but a call would have been nice. I believe I had told him what kind of locks I had and what color they were. It turned out okay because he replaced a deadbolt and then he also replaced the door lock and he gave me that for free. He took that off of somebody else's house and it was in better condition than mine was. He just charged me for putting that in and it matched the deadbolt that he had. He was responsive when I set the appointment but he was not on time.

I had assumed the "special" Angie's coupon meant a Pre-paid service. It was not. Recommend careful reading small print to avoid unpleasant surprises--cost doubled! He did an excellent job. Very professional, arrived on time and clarified cost issue before work began. <br />

Locksmith Central came conveniently and on-time; did the work just fine.  I would not use the "Big Deal" again because it limits otherwise free choice and comparasion shopping on the List. <br />

He came out the same day we called.  He was professional and efficient. <br />

It was fine, except I didn't have much choice in the lock I might have wanted. Kind of put in quickly. <br />
