Had 3 new locks installed on our new house.  The fellow was friendly and professional, and did a good job.  The front door had settled so the bolt didn't slide easily into the hole in the door, and he carved out space from the door frame for it. <br />

It was a very bad experience. They kept adding things to the bill, and not telling they were doing that, so I ended up paying for a lot more than I anticipated. They are very unprofessional.

I'm very pleased with John being willing to come out and take care of a problem at no charge over a year after he installed the lock. He was very responsive to my concerns and was willing to come out within a day or two. He came out on time and was able to fix the problem quickly. I will definitely call him the next time I need a locksmith. <br />

It was OK. There were no problems scheduling and the technician was nice.

Excellent.   Rather than just replace the old lock, I was provided with options to put in something to improve the safety of my home.  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.   It was more than I originally  thought it would be but met my needs so I was willing to pay the additional money. <br />

They're pretty much did what we asked them to do.  There were no question and its interesting working with them.  The pricing was good.

The service wasn't great. It was  a bait and switch kind of a thing, because what they said they would do on phone, wasn't what they did when they got there. There were additional charges. They charged at least $100 more. I would tell people to be very careful about using them.

Dear Sir <br /> Some of the work done was not very good. I had to have  the some of the work redone. The front door lock was very hard to open. <br />  The door lock from the garage was okay. The door from the garage to the outside was terrible. That was okay. There were some problems with scheduling a time for him to come as he would eitther cancel or show up late. I bought the Deal and may be a few weeks later, the price was reduced on the Deal. He was nice when he did the service. He said if I needed to change the locks again, he would do it for free because my job was not really that big of a job.

It was good. They were prompt, professional and provided good quality work. They were very expensive.

I've had the same experience with an Angie's List HVAC "deal" -- guy did half the job and left filthy used air filters in the attic after I declined the 3x > expensive "full service" that he tried to upsell me.  My third try on an Angie's List "deal" is a window-cleaning service.  They've cancelled twice and are now rescheduled for January -- I've confirmed over and over with the dispatcher that I only want cleaned what I've already paid for, and I hear a lot of qualification and hemming and hawing that makes me fear I've got an argument on my hands when/if workmen ever do show up, with instructions to sell me up to a more expensive service. <br /> Really disappointing "service" from Angie's List.  Frankly, I think it undermines the credibility of your core business, and you'd do well to run strict quality control on these providers before you let them drive around damaging your brand equity.

He seemed to have some difficulty with the locks, I'm not sure why. He did an okay job. It just seemed like he was here a while, longer than I would have expected. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. He was good but not quite good enough from my point of view.
