THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT OF OLD KNOBS AND DEADLOCKS ON AN OLDER HOUSE. Mark did an excellent job--very experienced and took his time until the locks turn very smoothly. I did some price comparing to other companies before choosing and the pricing was pretty much comparable to others and experience counts very much--especially when it is your home's locks. I would call this company again. Thank you!

I called in the morning and technician was at my home within the next hour and a half. Replaced the door knob and fixed the deadbolt strikeplate.

It went perfectly. Len, the locksmith, explained what he was going to and why prior to doing the work (including any additional costs, and why). He was very quick and extremely courteous. The additional costs were less then I thought, and combined with what I paid through the deal on Angie's List, I was extremely pleased with all aspects of their service!! I would definitely hire them again!!

Very well, but a doorknob fell off about an hour after the service call. The office person I contacted about this tried real hard to NOT send someone back out the same day to install that doorknob properly.

It was a very simple job for them, completed in a very timely manner and very precise. Excellent work, we were UNABLE to get the keys make to work at the local Lowe's so we called LockTec and it was done in five minutes. Should have called them in the first place!

They were professional from the time the call was made. They gave an estimate of 40 minutes to arrive at the destination and it was right on the mark. My car was unlocked in a couple of minutes. <br />

<p>We contacted LockTec for information and pricing for a home security system.  A appointment was made with Scott for him to come out and give us an analysis of what our home would need.  We can't say enough good things about Scott and the LockTec company.  To our surprise our home was prewired (we moved in last October).  Scott advised us because of this it would save us quite a bit of money.  </p> <p>We had done quite a bit of research about various home security companies and their systems.  Found a lot of complaints with the major companies.  We chose LockTec mainly because they are a local company here in Huntsville, AL and Scott's knowledge and professionalism.  The installation went smoothly and was done in one day. We did have a little glitch in they system after it was installed, but it was rectified right away. We are very satisfied with our security system and would recommend LockTec to anyone needing a home security system.  </p> <br />

I needed several door locks rekeyed on very short notice one evening. The owner came right out and did a very professional job. I would call him first if future need arose. <br />

Great service - I got a key stuck in my front door. I called them, and they were there in less than 20 minutes, and had it fixed in no time! <br />

The man that came out knew exactly what he was talking about and he even gave me options to reduce my cost. They did show up on time when we had agreed to have the work done.

They were awesome. I spent about $40 the first time. I tried changing the lock system myself, but the house was built in 1965 and they were kind of corroded. I didn't have the tools. So, Locktec came over. Freddy came out a couple of times and helped me with the whole dog escaping the house situation. He got me all hooked up with the door knob and the lock so that my dog couldn't get out. I researched on my GPS navigator to find out who was closer to me and Locktec came up. That's why I called them. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
