Having our impact windows and doors installed was the best decision we have made as new homeowners. I’m also pregnant with our first child and my husband and I wanted that added peace of mind that our home was extra secured. The workers that came into home were very respectful toward our property. They wrapped plastic around the home to ensure our furniture didn’t get dusty. Once they were finished, they carefully removed all plastic and home was back to normal but with new windows and doors. We are very happy with the work and results and highly recommend their services.

I recently had new windows and doors installed by LockTight Impact Windows & Doors and I could not be happier with the experience. From the very start, the company was incredibly informative and walked me through exactly how the installation process would take place. Dealing with an HOA can usually be a headache, but LockTight’s HOA liason was remarkably diligent. She stayed in constant communication with me and handled getting the HOA approval seamlessly. When it came time for the actual installation, the crew was friendly, professional, and very mindful of my home. They covered everything to make sure dust didn't get all over the place. To be honest, I never really thought much about how much of a difference new windows and doors would make to the look of a house, but I am absolutely impressed by how amazing my home looks now. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend them.

Sales staff was very informative and gave various pricing availability. Provided loan information to pay off cost with no interest if paid within a certain amount of months. Installation team were very nice, room was protected from dirt from installing the windows, doors and sliding doors. Removal was great and they took all old windows and doors to their facility. The windoes are great. The noise outside is stopped by the new windows. The AC in house is much cooler and was able to be lowered. Perfect install and the screens are great and cant wait till our weather gets cooler so I can open the windows. Staff was very clean and performed job install perfectly.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this roofing company. What should have been a straightforward roofing project turned into months of delays, poor communication, and frustration. The project was left incomplete for an extended period of time, and it took months to get work completed that should have been finished much sooner. I repeatedly had to follow up regarding unfinished items and concerns that should have been addressed without me having to constantly reach out. Even more frustrating is that the company does not appear to stand behind its commitments once the work is done. When you invest a significant amount of money in a new roof, you expect the company to complete the job properly, communicate with you, and honor the warranty and promises made to you. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The lack of follow-through and accountability has been extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Very Professional with great communication.

My mom and I had the windows replaced in our house using LockTight. They replaced 9 windows and our sliding glass door. Altogether the process went very smoothly and only took 2 days to complete. The workers who installed the windows were very nice and covered all the furniture in plastic and laid down paper on the floor so things wouldn't get too messy. I would definitely recommend LockTight to anyone looking for hurricane impact windows.
