I had impact glass windows installed by LockTight this past week, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial sales consultation through delivery and final installation, everything was handled professionally and exactly as promised. Installation day went exactly as e had been told. The windows were delivered on schedule, and installation crew arrived prepared and ready for work. The crew took excellent care of our home. The installers were professional, experienced, and paid close attention to detail. The quality of the installation and the professionalism of everyone involved exceeded our expectations. Windows review We recently had new impact windows and front door installed by Lochtight Windows and are extremely happy with every aspect of the process. Travis was the sales representative that we met with and he was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, provided a variety of options and answered all of our questions with an abundance of patience, both during the presentation and after we entered contract. The HOA and permitting process was handled by Lochtight and we received many updates regarding the timeframe, HOA approval, and permitting process, and delivery of product. The customer service team, especially Oni, was excellent, responding to our questions in an attentive and caring manner. On installation day, the installers arrived on time, worked efficiently, covered as much of the involved areas and furniture as best as they could, and cleaned up all debris as the work progressed. We had our city inspection, which passed without issue, overseen by Ralph.

I had my double front entry door replaced, the large half moon window above it and two sliders in the back with a window above it all replaced with impact. They did a great job. Communication was great, they showed up when promised and the quality of their product is outstanding.

I obtained a consultation and was impressed t the initial experience. I met with Miles and he was professional, knowledgeable, patient and friendly. My thoughts at first was that this would be overwhelming but he made it so easy and understandable that I accepted the offer to begin my journey to improve my forever home.
