What started as an unpleasant roofing experience turned into an above-satisfactory one. Initially, I was frustrated by the lack of communication about scheduling, project progress, and the mess and debris left outside my home while I was on vacation. Coming home from my engagement trip to that was especially frustrating. After several attempts to address my concerns, I spoke with Sean, the Sales Manager, and Kenneth, the Director of Quality Assurance. They immediately took action and completely rectified the issues. The roofing crew returned and kept everything organized and clean. They even trimmed trees near my gate that made entering and exiting difficult and helped load some junk from my front yard into their dumpster. Those extra efforts made a big difference. This is a great company with honest, hardworking roofers. My fiancé and I can't wait to see the finished product! Thank you to everyone who helped turn our experience around.

We hired Lock Tight Impact to do our roof, windows, and doors. They started with our roof first. The very first day, we came back home from a trip to find a total mess left behind. Naturally, we complained about the disaster.What impressed us was their response. The next day, someone immediately came out to ensure everything was properly cleaned up. Since that initial hiccup, the crew has been amazing. Every single day they finish working, they clean up thoroughly and leave the property in the best possible shape.The roofing department was incredibly fast to address our concerns and ensure it wouldn't happen again. The actual crew working on-site is fantastic, extremely hardworking, and polite. We are really happy with how the roofing department handles things and can't wait to see the finished product!

We also had many issues with the front door but that was all taken care of. Communication with company was Great, they did all they can in the process to get the job fixed and finished.
