Great company for roofs, windows, and repairs. They handled the deal and permits efficiently, and now my roof looks fantastic.

The people at Locktight Windows and Doors were all amazing ! Every aspect of the order went exactly as they said it would and on time. The permit department dealt with my Community Association and the City building Department. They assigned me a project manager. The windows arrived a week early and the crew that installed them were done in three days and did a great job. I can't say enough good things about Locktight !!

Exceptional price, professionalism and service from the sales pitch to the installation. First of all, the price is VERY COMPETITIVE. Once we heard our quote we immediately signed the paperwork. And I’m glad we did. We got another quote that was 3 times as much! The entire process was SO EASY. They handled communication with the HOA and secured the permits for the windows and doors. Each day, they arrived on time and were super polite. They told us it could take up to 5 days to complete the project (impact windows and doors for a 2 story 3,000 sq ft house) and got it done EARLY—in just 3 days. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

He took his time explaining things, answered all my questions, and didn't try to rush me into anything or pile on the pressure. The install crew showed up when they said they would, which honestly already puts them ahead of a lot of contractors I've dealt with in the Miami area. They worked fast but you could tell they weren't cutting corners. They were careful with my house, cleaned up after themselves, and paid attention to the little things. Everyone on the team was respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. End result: I'm really happy with how it turned out. Lock tight replaced all my windows and doors with impact glass and I am happy with everything they did throughout the whole process. From the initial first visit when they gave me a quote. I was happy with the price since it was less than half compared to other companies quotes. Once I agreed to do the work with them, they kept me informed with everything that would happen. Not only did they keep me informed, their time estimates were spot on and they handled all the permits and got rid of all of my old windows and doors. I am most pleased with the team that came to my home to install the windows and doors. They respected my home, did good work, showed up on time, informed me what they were doing each day and cleaned up after themselves. Every employee that came to do work in my house from lock tight was professional and respectful which says to me that the company holds a high standard. y experience with Locktight Impact Windows has been one of the most frustrating experiences I?ve ever had with a contractor. When Rafael Echevarría sold me the windows, he assured me the entire process would take 8 to 10 weeks. That timeline was a major reason I decided to move forward. Seven weeks later, after receiving virtually no communication, I reached out for a status update. Instead of being close to installation, I was told it would actually be ?a few months.? That is not a minor delay. It is a completely different timeline than what was promised when I signed the contract. When I called Rafael to understand what had changed, he blamed the delay on my homeowners association. That explanation turned out to be false. The very same day I was told the HOA was holding things up, I was copied on an email from Locktight?s own HOA coordinator finally submitting the application to my association. Worst experience ever.

LockTight is a very professional company. They assisted us with approval from our Home Owner's ARC approval and permitting with Palm Beach County. We had a great salesman, Terry, who was patient with us and provided great advise. So far, the crews have been professional and hardworking. I am delighted that my roof is no longer leaking. I also liked that they had different colors and style tiles than what we had which gives our 30 year old home a new look!

Had all our windows replaced with impact windows. I initially wanted to give a 4-star review, as we had a few minor issues during the installation. However, changed my mind to a 5-star, as I was very impressed with the overall LockTight team and their follow-ups, quick responses and they clearly explained the process/next steps. The new windows are beautiful, less noise and they seem to keep the heat out better. And the price was very reasonable for the size of the job we had.
