I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality windows patio doors installation There was no pressure tactics at the consultation The installation team was punctual ,made sure all furniture and floors were protected. Installation was done with attention to details. Outside noise level was diminished greatly.

Lock Tight was very professional and knowledgeable of the windows and doors that were being installed. They were prompt everyday and professional.

The doors and windows installation went really well guys did a great job installing. Only issue I had was there was a language barrier problem. Other than that I would say they did a good job

?? WARNING TO ALL HOMEOWNERS CONSIDERING LOCKTIGHT ?? Before you hire this company, please read my experience so you can make an informed decision. LockTight damaged my stair during the installation of my impact windows. The crew was carrying heavy windows up and down my staircase and cracked my top stair. I reported it the same day during the final inspection with photos taken to document it. My flooring was only two years old and in perfect condition before they arrived. What followed was weeks of ignored emails, broken promises, and zero accountability. When they finally responded, my claim was denied based on nothing more than a photo review. Not one person called me, came to my home, or made any real effort to investigate. I was told my own family could have caused it. Absolutely unacceptable. They even responded to my Better Business Bureau complaint promising to call me to work toward a resolution. That call never came. Not even a voicemail. This is the same pattern of behavior

Don?t be fooled by the reviews on google. These people are scam artists. Terrible customer service AFTER you sign a contract. They pay people money for 5 star reviews on Google. They not only damaged the slider handle and haven?t fixed it, they don?t send receipts when you pay them (I had Stephanie Ramos from the financial department tell me there was no need to send a receipt or even a call acknowledging that they received the money after we wired a deposit of over 14,000). They also do terrible work and caulked over all my white window with a ton of beige caulk that cannot be fixed by painters without ruining the seal. Even the inspector was appalled, said technically it passed inspection because it?s sealed but the work was sloppy at best. Their common sense is clearly missing, not only shouldn?t you caulk well over an inch into the window frame; But you?d think at minimum they?d use white caulk? Stay away. These projects aren?t cheap. They?re careless, sloppy, and customer service

So far, my experience with Locktight Windows has been positive. I haven’t had my final inspection yet, but throughout the process, communication has been good. The installation crew was professional, respectful of both my home and my children, and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves before they left. Based on my experience so far, I would definitely recommend them. My windows look amazing!

They have fair prices and excellent teams. Great communication throughout. I highly recommend . Also side note, changing windows and doors makes such a big difference in how the house looks and feels, more so than you might imagine at the outset. It's a worthwhile investment.
