Tom and his team went above and beyond in my move. When we arrived at my new apartment there was an issue with the elevator I had reserved - Tom and the team were calm and professional and quickly determined a workaround. I had a mandatory meeting at work to go to just as they started moving boxes in. I explained where I thought things would be placed best and dashed off! They moved everything in - and even sent me photos to be sure I liked where they set up my furniture as they worked! Really fantastic service and great guys to work with - I could not recommend them more.

Incredibly professional move. Lofty efficiently and with care packed up everything I needed, provided padding for the furniture, and disassembled and reassembled large items such as the bed. They are also very kind and attentive, and working with them was a breeze. Highly recommend.

Lofty Moving was a lifesaver. I had to empty the contents of an apt on very short notice. I contacted Lofty just 4 days before the deadline. They were great & they accommodated me. They polite & friendly. Showed up on time. Paid close attention to my instructions regarding what order items were to be moved. They were very efficient& had all the right equipment & supplies to facilitate the move. They were very careful with all the belongings. I will definitely use them again. Give them a try.

They were in regular contact prior to the move, gave me a very accurate quote and did an exceptional job the day of the move. They are the only company I will use if I need moving services again

Lofty moving & storage had to be the best movers I’ve ever used (and that Includes business and home moves). They were efficient, careful, courteous, just all around good guys, and their fee was more than reasonable. I want to move again just so I can work with them again!

We had an amazing experience with Lofty Movers! They came in time, the quote was very accurate, and in general they were very respectful. We had a huge king size bed which was a pain to move in due to a narrow stairs in our building- but guys did a great job taking the bed frame apart and assembling it all back like a brand new. Fast, effective quality job, no mess left behind. Highly recommend them!
