"The day this guy called we got 2.5 inches of rain that does not give the water any time to disperse through the ground I told him if it continues not to work to give me a call and I would come out and fix it at no charge because something must have been messed up. Not only that his task says clear land for build site so I got charged more for that because it was not clearing land."
