Do Not Recommend. On Day 10 with no AC.
8 months ago, Logan Services replaced the brand new HVAC they installed due to ongoing issues and multiple service and troubleshooting visits. At the time, we were very satisfied that they worked to make things right.
We've had the current HVAC for 8 months and it has stopped working. A technician came Friday and confirmed that someone would be here Monday to fix it. No one has shown up. We called and they said we are not on the schedule and someone will get back to us. No one has returned our call.
We are going on day 10 with no AC, receiving little to no communication and no sense of urgency. This is not what I expect after spending $18,000 and pay for their Maintenance Plan. We've now purchased portal AC units to get us by until this is fixed.
I have little confidence in their products and services and would highly recommend you look elsewhere.

Our experience with Logan Services was very disappointing. I told Andy (the Logan salesperson) in person and in writing that we would like to keep our analog thermostat, instead of getting a new, smart thermostat (we already have a smart thermostat for an existing system, and we prefer the analog functionality). He said of course. On installation day, the installer informed me that the new system required a smart thermostat. So we had to accept a new, smart thermostat. The detailed quote Andy provided for the replacement of our A/C and heating units included a manufacturer rebate and tax credit that would be refunded to us after the installation. The system we selected would be eligible for a $1400 rebate and a $1200 tax credit on our 2024 return. Three days after our installation, the Logan office called to follow up on the new system. I asked at that time how I could claim the manufacturer's rebate, because there wasn't a form or application in any of the paperwork I received. I was told that Logan would apply for the rebate and I should receive it in 6-8 weeks. It is now more than 8 weeks later, and I have not received anything from Trane. Now Logan claims that the rebate must have already been applied to the cost of our system. This is not true. The price Logan quoted remained the same from the original quote to the final invoice, and it did not include a deduction for a rebate. I do not recommend doing business with Logan.

They were friendly, was able to get appt within 24 hrs in coldest time of year. Service person was polite, spent time analyzing problems and fixed them adequately. We were happy with service, felt trustworthy, and they explained our situation in detail with concern.

Chris showed up sharp at 8am. He ran the system diagnostic and performed a rigorous inspection. Pointed out the manufacturer defects and installation flaw as well. Reviewed all materials with me and gave me the opportunity to ask questions. He pointed the heat exchanger crack is the TRANE’s known issue and covered by them until January of 2025. Dirty blower wheel is due to improper installation…left a huge gap at the other end of filter housing. He said Logan will clean the wheel for free because it was installed incorrectly (left a wide gap from where all the dirt and dust is sucked up even after the filter). He said it is company’s responsibility to do the right job and assured me that Logan will call to schedule to take care that issue free of charge. Hoping to get it fixed ASAP.

The team did a great job from the time they came out to look at the old HVAC system, to going through the options with us for repair or replacement. When we decided in replacement the team that came out was very professional, clean and quick with the whole thing. Overall they did a great job and I would recommend their services

Our salesman Tyler was personable, friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and was able to give us a price that worked for us. The installation crew was just as nice, led by Michael they were courteous and timely. Overall we are satisfied and grateful to have worked with them.

We had the ducts cleaned because I was smelling phantom cigarette smoke. Tech Matt Mullins arrived on time and was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained what and how he would clean the ductwork. Before and after pictures were taken and the entire system was sanitized. There was NO residual odor from the sanitization process. Matt took his time and CLEANED up after himself in each room. He had shoe covers on at all times. My house SMELLS great!!! No more smoke smell!! GO LOGAN SERVICES!!

Logan was able to get out and quote the job and provide all the pertinent information quickly and efficiently. Once I had chosen Logan to install my new A/C unit and furnace, they made sure to get me taken care of as quickly as they were able to. There were some hiccups along the way with scheduling, but when push came to shove, they worked with their resources to make things happen. From salesman to install tech, I couldn't be happier. Everything is in perfect working order and actually runs so much more efficiently and comfortably now. Bobby F did a great job on the install and a couple weeks later, Matthew M couldn't have done a better job with the duct cleaning. Very, very happy with this company overall!

Logan is a great company to work with. Our salesman was professional and honest. He spent the time to walk the entire house so he could understand our needs. The install crew was on point. They had everything they needed the first time, no running out in the middle of the job to grab more parts, a great sign of organization. The Logan techs are always well-informed and they are never in a rush. Any questions I have are fully answered, and I always learn more about routine maintenance procedures when they are here. They never try to sell you on something you don't need, but they give you a clear explanation on life expectancy of entire unit as well as specific parts, which is a huge help in budgeting for the future. In addition, they're always on time and courteous when on site.

The technician was at our home quickly and diagnosis was done right away. He did estimates for repairs or replacement while in the van at our home. We made a decision later in the day and a team was at our home the following morning and replaced or HVAC.
