We just had had to have a new furnace put in because of course when it was very cold ours went out. We called Logan and they came out the next day. Ryan was very nice he walked me through everything we would get how it worked and how much it would cost. Once we decided on what we wanted they fit us in right away. Kyle Q and Hakim were at our house all day and finished in 1 day. They were very nice cleaned up everything and the Kyle went through everything with us to make sure we understood everything! They have all been very helpful and I would recommend them to anyone!!

I chose Logan after researching for an HVAC company to perform a furnace tune-up. I had a great experience with the service tech. He were knowledgeable, thorough and easy to work with. Received outstanding service from the entire team at Logan AC and Heating. Called Logan to receive an estimate for a AC and Furnace system. Talked to Mary who was very knowledgeable, professional and extremely personable. She worked with my schedule to have a Comfort Specialist at my home the next day. The Comfort Specialist, Mike, arrived on time and called prior to arriving to let me know he was on the way. Mike was extremely knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He provided an estimate with detailed information on the various Furnace and AC units available along with a recommended system for our home. He also provided manufacture and Logan discounts along with a military discount and a choice of a $550 freebie. After making my decision to go with Logan, I contacted Mike to set up the installation. Mike made arrangements for a next day 9 AM installation. The installation team, Devin, Eric and Josh arrived on time and did a dynamite job. They provided me with a step-by-step installation explanation. They took their time to ensure both the Furnace and AC was installed correctly. They supplied drop cloths ensuring no outside dirt was brought into the house. They also gave a through explanation on the electronic filter and operation of the thermostat. When all was completed, they did a through cleanup of the utility room and removed all debris. Absolutely outstanding service. If you need a new HVAC system or HVAC service definitely call Logan AC and Heat Services.

We have been a customer of Logan Services for over 20 years, alway great service. We recently had our furnace and air conditioner replaced and are quite pleased with the new units. The installers( Bobby Frye and Trent C.) were very professional and thorough during the entire installation. Logan A/C was awesome. I communicated with Derrick on a Friday and my new furnace and A/C were installed on Tuesday. Would have been quicker if it wasn't a weekend and we didn't have to wait on financing. The installers were very professional and courteous. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

The complete experience was above our expectation, from the initial phone call, to the inspection and quote from Travis, and especially the installation by Kyle and Hakim. Logan’s was great to our home. We did a completely new system on both A/C and furnace. I was expecting a week or two to meet with someone. They came the next day after I requested the quote. Then expected at least 2 weeks to get scheduled for the install. Was scheduled the next day as well. Was installed and running that same day and all the old systems were removed. It was great. The people were so nice and knowledgeable.

Logan's is absolutely amazing--these guys guarantee their work, and I stretched the the very limits of that guarantee. Craig (out of the Dayton office) and his crew were out to my place multiple times to rewire my aging electric heat pump, which seemed to blow any fuse they threw at it, and didn't quit working until it was repaired. Just way above and beyond! I am certain that any other team would've given up, and I would've been buying a new system. With those things as pricy as they are, I'm thrilled to get a few more years of service out of my current system! Logan's is super responsive and knowledgeable, and I'd use them any time.
