In October 2024 I hired this company to make a fence in a small patio of a house that I had recently rented. Even though that we had some problem in the installation and they were irresponsible but in the end they were responsive and it was great and the fence was beautifully installed. They had a good customer service.

Lolo Group LLC or Raffa Group LLC or R&A Modify LLC are all the SAME BUSINESS , Raphael is the owner of this horrible company. Go to Yelp and search about all of them too. RUN AWAY OF THEM FAST!!! It’s been a year and a half and the fence is unfinished. We paid in advance for the whole project, including the permit (my first mistake). The City arrived at the house 2 days after the project started and the owner of the company Raphael never had or presented the permit to the city so they stopped the work right away. It took him almost 4 months to get the permit. He does not have a license, he contracts people to do the job. He found someone else to get the permit and they did it wrong. It took another 2 months to make the corrections, now the city was charging me a penalty for being so late with the permit corrections and presenting it to the city again. Raphael was: Out of the country many times, someone in the family was in jail, someone passed away on his family, never answered the phone for MONTHS! always a new story, a new excuse, or a new lie , he was always rude, and aggressive when the issue started and I was always asked just to finish the job and see you later. That was the time when I did my research online about his Company, and found also his old company, his new company, and about him. We found out I was in big trouble, with numerous lawsuits after realizing this guy and his Company were scamming people around. They used cheap wood material, that after 6 months already cracked, many sections are vent, so now you can see the section panels are not square or parallel at all. The paint job is horrible, only one hand all around the fence, missed many wood sections. Now a year and 4 months after the job started he is not answering the phone, text, emails, or anything. When I call the company number from another phone number they just hang up to me…they do not even care. Google about them, and you will see how many claims they have on the city, how many people they screwed up. Please share, and stay away from this company of FULL SCAMS and bad people.

Very easy to work with. 75 feet done in a day and a half with a 12 ft rolling gate and a 5 foot swinging gate. Roufael was very good about staying in contact with me regarding any changes in material or time line. I would recommend.
