Will was great. He had it fixed in about 30 minutes and even cleaned the freezer! I would definitely hire them again.

Lonestar was awesome! They came out on Easter Sunday, the day before i was leaving town for a month and just a couple of hours after I found the refrigerator leaking. Lonestar came out immediately and had the necessary parts in the truck. James was efficient, knowledgeable, polite, helpful, etc. Lonestar saved the day!

The kitchen fridge and my wine refrigerator both needed work. Had excellent service from Nate. He explained how the systems worked and what he was doing. Would definitely use again.

Very Quick and Well

There was a discrepancy on price paid. Read the fine print-somewhat misleading

The tech came out when he was scheduled and cleaned the underside of the refrigerator and a drain plug in the freezer. The fridge has run fine since.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even stayed longer and gave tips on how to enhance appliance performance. Greatly appreciated the help.

The technician arrived at the agreed upon time and got to work. He discovered relatively early that the problem was a crack in the wash drum and put together an estimate that he recommended not taking because of the expense. The cost to repair would have been more than 3/4 the price of a new machine. The service charge for the news that I needed a new machine was a reasonable price to pay to feel comfortable with the diagnosis.

Turns out it was a fuse but bearing the dryer sets on was damaged put in new one & new belt. Still cheaper 5han new one!

The guy came out to look at the dryer, took it apart, tuned it up, inspected it, told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it myself or how much it would cost for him to fix.

The technician called before he came, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed the problem. He checked to ensure the dishwasher was draining adequately. In addition, he tightened my sink sprayer that was moving about the sink area. Very professional technician.

Ed arrived within the designated appointment time window. I explained the situation to him and he went to work taking the door off the washing machine trying to retrieve my wedding band. It took about 20 minutes for him to locate it inside the washing machine drain. I was so thankful to Ed for finding my wedding band! He was so kind and professional. I will use Lonestar Appliance for my future repair needs. A big shout out and appreciation to Ed again!!

It went great. The repair tech way immediately what the problem was and changed out (something) and it worked great afterward. The $68 covered everything including the part.

Install went great but after 2 month's the ice machine is spilling all over the place.

Tech came and checked the gas line; he said leak coming from the gas grill and he did not fix or specified the location of the leak or which burner to be replaced or repaired and he left. He is paid for finding the the location of the leak, but left without tracing exact location of the leak which is not at all useful for his visit. I Dispute the charge. We already informed the service disatisfaction and there is no need to send the review again.

BEWARE - provider has enticing low "Service Call" charge (<$50), even waves it if you proceed with the repair, HOWEVER they try to make it up and then some, on the repair, itself with outrageous pricing (60%-70% higher than competitors, including competitor's Service Call charge). WORST - their diagnosis (cracked door seals) was totally incorrect and would have cost a lot of money and not fixed the issue. Ended up paying $139 to a competitor, which was basically the service call including unclogging a drainage hose, vs what would have been <$1000 with Lonestar. The only good things I can say about them is that they were responsive on the phone, gave a timely courtesy call before heading over and showed up on time. Technician himself was pleasant and friendly, but obviously lacked experience/knowledge. I don't like writing bad reviews, but hopefully this will help others avoid very costly and bad experience

It was okay. We ended up spending a lot more than expected, they came in they said something was burnt out and they replaced that part and then they shoved the dryer back into the wall and crunched the exhaust pipe so it burned out something else. And in doing so I then had to pay to replace the next part, they say it was working when they left then they crunched it back and then they blamed me for crunching it back I was like I wasn't even near the dryer and I was like okay I didn't push it back against the wall you did so they were like the pipe has a crank in it I was like yeah cause you all did that. And to be honest you know I just paid cause I needed the dryer and someone was there so I probably wont use them again. But on the good side now they came back and at least checked on it overall I can't say I was super pleased.

He diagnosed the problem on day one, but had to order the part and fix it the next day. It was more costly than I thought it would be, but it is working perfectly now.
