Problem was with LG clothes washer. The service person, Brett, came out and greeted me with 'Hi, i'm here for the washer'. He took a quick look and stated that he had seen this (liquid bleach dispenser not emptying) many times and that is the way it was made! That was the way it was supposed to work! He said we could buy new parts for $450 but that would nor change anything. He stated we should buy another brand of clothes washer next time! He was condescending, flippant and worst of all, totally ignorant of the LG washer. After telling us that he said "Just pay me the $95 and I'll be on my way'. After he left, I called LG and spoke to the service guy there. Brett was 100% wrong. The liquid bleach dispenser is superposed to drain completely after each cycle. I looked at it carefully and fixed it myself. It took about ten minutes. I called Lonestar to report that Brett had been incorrect and had not preformed any service at all and in fact tried to lead us to believe incorrect information. I requested my $95 back. They said they would not refund. Terrible customer service, incompetent service personnel, prefer money ($95!!) over client loyalty. Absolutely useless. Will never use them again.

They are very unprofessional, lousy communication, and no responsible. I waited thirty days for them to return with the parts to repair a refrigerator, and when they visited me, they informed me that I had to wait another fifteen working days because they were wrong in the first diagnosis. I paid (lost) 85 dollars for the first visit, and from their side, they informed me that I must wait eight weeks in total. It is inadmissible; they must be more accountable and understand "The customer needs." I do not recommend them

TERRIBLE THEY BEEN OUT 5 TIMES FRIDGE STILL NOT WORKING--1ST THEY SAID COMPRESSOR WAS OUT AND THEY ORDERED ONE AND PUT IN LASTED 1 DAY THEN THEY CAME OUT AND SAID LEAK IN LINE REPAIRED NEVER COOLED DOWN THEN THEY CAME OUT SAID LEAK IN LINE THEY WOULD HAVE TO GET STOP LEAK TO REPAIR STILL NOT FIXED --2 MONTHS THEY HAVE BEEN WORKING ON OUT FRIDGE--WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY BY LG--NEVER WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY CONTACTED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ABOUT COMPANY

We also have not been to your home 5 times we have had 2 open tickets for you."

Was able to book an appointment by text, which was super convenient and quick. The visit was quick and efficient, the tech was able to locate the issue, and we ordered parts. The parts arrived in a timely manner thankfully, tech was back out and fixed our refrigerator. We will definitely be using Lone star again for future repairs.

THE SERVICE AND COMPASSION I GOT FROM LONESTAR APPLIANCE WAS BEYOND GREAT! THEY PROMPTLY GOT A TECHNICIAN OUT TO MY HOUSE, THAT WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KIND VERY QUICKLY. Had my dryer repaired by Lone Star Appliance Repair, LLC due to it no longer drying clothes in a timely manner. Tech came out the day after I called to make an appointment. Had my dryer up and running in no time. Very kind, explained everything & the office staff was very helpful in scheduling as well.

Waited 2 months for the part because they had moved and it was sent to the old address. Then they got the part in 3 days. Shawn came out and put the part on and said it was fixed and was still not working. I sent a message he same day to Shawn and he said I would need to contact the warranty company for him to come back out which I bought it online at Home depo. So I called the warranty place through home depo and Lonestar appliance said it was fixed. I’m waiting on a call back from the owner but of course no call back Do not use this company

The technician came out to repair the dishwasher but needed to order a control panel. The tech stated it would be about two weeks for the panel to come in. I made the full payment to him but it has been well over a month now and my dishwasher is still not repaired. I call the office the lady stated she will contact the supply office and call me back but still no call. I return calls and left messages still no call and dishwaser still not repaired. I never use the company again.

We had Lonestar Appliance out for repair June 10. The technicians took my husband's e mail address to send a copy of the invoice/work performed. After several days I called for a copy. You can only talk to a lady who takes messages and forwards them to the owner. I called again on June 15 for a copy to be mailed since no emails were sent. I called again on June 24 - no response. I called again on July 7 and was finally given the owner's e mail address to send my request direct to her. I told the owner if it was not received in two days I would issue a bad review (my first ever!). Surprisingly, we received an e mail with the invoice and work done within 10 minutes. She gave me several excuses which have NOTHING to do with running a professional business and responding to customers. There are a multitude of appliance repair companies in the area. When we need another service call, we will call someone else. We thought we would give our business to a local Willis company since we live in Willis; but Lonestar Appliance's address is just a p.o.box at the local UPS store. Perhaps other people do not care about keeping this type of paperwork on appliance repair, I do. So long Lonestar Appliance.

I would not use this company again. Jason said he'd be back in a week with a part to fix it. Fastforward 1.5 MONTHS and they just fixed it today. ! I've called but Lone Star DOES NOT TAKE PHONE CALLS! what company doesn't answer their call?? So I've texted, as instructed on their phone message: after multiple tries & being ignored repeatedly, I'm told they are waiting on a part. I called around & the other refrigeration companies in town say it takes 1 week to get a part. So why is Lone Star so BEHIND?? Call your customers & keep your word. Simple good customer service. Terrible customer service. Do not use.

Lone Star is a very dishonest company. They send false diagnosis report to the insurance companies for a claim. Yes, the insurance companies don’t want to pay out but Lone Star does not get paid by them either if they can’t repair the appliance. So they will send a false report (as they did with us) claiming the problem was due to something not covered by our policy. That way, they still get paid and still maintain their rep. Shame on Lone Star! Better Business Bureau will need to know about this. Do not use them.
