Lone Star Masonry

I hired Eric and had him come out to our home to fix a small brick wall with a gate attached. The brick wall was coming apart and needed to be fixed. I sent him pics of the wall and he sent me an invoice of $600.00. He said that his work would come with an year warranty and that if we had any problems he would gladly take care of it. This was nothing further from the truth. He left our gate on the wrong side of the wall. We tried to contact him through text and phone calls and after about a week he responded with a text saying that he would be out that week but never showed. We ended fixing it ourselves. Now a piece of the wall that he worked on is coming apart and again after numerous texts and calls he finally responded with a date and time to come fix the problem but, never showed up. I am at the end of my patience with Eric and his company. I would never do one of my customers how he has treated us. I am sure that I am not the only one who has had issues with dealing with Eric and his company. If anyone is looking for masonry work I would definitely not hire Eric and Lonestar Masonry from Pasadena Tx.

Eric & Rose not only do incredible work, they are very fairly priced, have clear and consistent communication, and are some of the nicest people you will meet. I already hired them for another project after the incredible work they did replacing metal lintels. Would highly recommend for any masonry work in or around the Houston area.
