Lone Star Pro Services was very professional. They work clean and everything went smoothly from consultation to day of work. We got our HVAC cleaned from dust and molds and they did a fantastic job. We came back to our house with a fresh clean air and it was nice to breathe again inside our home without worrying about the molds and dust. George was very good at communicating and even suggested helpful tips how to take care of our HVAC with recommendations with no pressure. You can tell that George really cares and willing to help. George and his team have been the absolute best!!! I am skeptical of everyone when it comes to mold remediation jobs because I've seen some terrible companies who don't know what they are doing. I asked a ton of questions before and during and they all have been as patient as can be! Serhii and his co-worker's efforts were meticulous, the best containment job I've ever seen, and the small particle cleaning was phenomenal! I highly recommend them and they certainly won my trust!

First, I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about this AWESOME company and the owner, George! We had just bought our house a few weeks ago, and everything needed some maintenance/cleaning. Super friendly, professional, and clean. Laid sheets down as to not damage or dirty our floors, even wiped the floors after he was done! I am beyond impressed at the integrity and honesty from these people. It is SO rare to find anywhere, let alone with a service company for any type of home maintenance or repair. In the middle a record setting heat wave, our central AC stopped working. I called George from Lone Star Pro Services at 4:30 pm on Friday and was so happy to be able to schedule an appointment at 9 am the next day. George and his assistant arrived right at the right time. Did a great a job.

When you want your HVAC duct work cleaned youâ ve got two choices. You can get a brush pushed through your duct or you can get it power-vacuumed out. We choose the latter as it will save on the banging around inside the ducts. We get ours cleaned out to prevent allergies from kicking inâ which can be a miserable experience. Lone Star Pro is easy to schedule, and they have a professional, courteous crew. Best of all, itâ s affordable and worth not sniffling and sneezing from reactions to allergic reactions to the dust and who-knows-what flying around when we kick on the heat or A/C.

We are writing this in appreciation and recognition of the excellence in service your staff provided to our agency. Throughout the testing and clean-up process we have been no less than impressed with the ability of your field workers and office staff to respond promptly to our questions and special needs, which is a huge commendation for modern businesses. The instructions we received from your inspectors during and following the remediation have led us to rethink our indoor environmental controls. We went through several remediation contractors in the bidding process to repair our home. We went with Lone Star Pro Services because they had the lowest bid and actually the most thorough contract and explanations. Everything looks great and we can already breathe the difference in the air.

George performed our annual service call for heating system. George has performed work for us in the past and we requested that he continue to work with us and our system. After receiving the reminder postcard, we scheduled an appointment with George to perform our annual service check. George arrived on time and ready to work. After his initial diagnosis, we just needed the routine annual maintenance service. He estimated that it would take 1.5 hours, it ended up less than that. He was very respectful of our house, time, and concerns. Thank you again for the stellar service.
