>Spoke to Megan on 10/24/17 to schedule and inform of my Angie Coupon purchase, followed up by message on Angie's List. >Juan came in as scheduled on 10/30/17 identified replacement of outdoor faucet using the coupon. Removed and replaced the outdoor faucet quickly. Three things became apparent very quickly as well: 1) Outdoor faucet was the incorrect long stem instead of the short stem, so Juan covered the extended stem (from the wall) with hose insulation, that should have not been done. Not correctly sized. 2)The anti-siphon attachment at the end of the faucet was different from my existing bladder like spindle and was a closed white star shaped (see attached photos) and caused the water to spray sideways. 3) I had pre-purchased the $76.50 coupon. He said I owed him an additional $76.50 for the new outdoor faucet. Turns out this was an old faucet he had laying around in his truck from a previous job. Hence the misfit and weird shaped end of spigot. This was a 'bait and switch' deal. I was in communication with messages on Angie's and phone calls to Lone Star through Nov. 14, 2017. They never replied or made any attempt to fix my faucet install or correct the billing. (As an aside, my neighbor had a major outdoor water supply emergency breach in their front yard when these folks showed up (covering up their front yard and my water shut-off). I suggested to this resident that as I was using Lone Star for my outdoor faucet install and may want to talk to them. I ended up giving business of over $1,000! Lone Star took several unsuccessful attempts over multiple days to repair the pipe break, even though a substantial advance had been taken). I will NEVER use Lone Star Water Services again for their lack of integrity and lack of professionalism. That they were punctual initially, is the only positive.

When they came out, they said that wouldn't work on ours because we needed an all weather or something type of thing. We ended up spending like $175 or $200 I don't know, they ended up putting a different one in. The service was easy. They were very nice.

They were excellent. Megan who took my calls was friendly,funny and professional. James and Justin who did the repair were respectful,courteous and also professional. They all did a great job and I will definitely use them again.

I had purchased 3 American Standard bathroom vanity faucets, and 1 American Standard bathtub faucet. Roberto came out and did the installation of the vanity faucets but said that the bathtub faucet that I purchased would not work. The faucet installed by our builder was made by Moen, and Roberto said that he knew of a specific new Moen faucet that would work great on our bathtub. He said he would follow up with me in 1-2 business days to give me the specifics about the faucet including pricing and installation cost. That was on June 30. Today is August 25 and he still has not called me back with the info. I have their office repeatedly to try and get a status, yet they always had an excuse for why Roberto was not following up. To make matters worse, we had a problem with one of the sink faucets that they installed in June. They sent Roberto back out on August 7 to fix the issue. My wife talked to him about the bathtub faucet and he promised to follow up with the info we needed. I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm beyond fed up with the fact that 7 weeks, and a whole lot of phone calls later, I'm no closer now to finding out what kind of faucet I need than I was at the end of June. C'mon, folks.... this is not rocket science. Look up the part, call me with an installed price. I wouldn't even bother with these people anymore except Roberto has been to my house and says he knows exactly what kind of faucet we need. You've got one guy (Roberto) making your whole company look bad because of his extremely poor follow up skills. You need to deal with this.

Twice sent to a residence for leaking pipes. The second trip was because they failed to do anything the first time. Both times they said they had to 'order parts', and never returned. Started in Mid-June, and the water leak still persists. Now there is additional water damage.

They were on time. Fast and cleaned up after. Reasonable priced. Would use them again.

Perfect, it took them less than 45 minutes to take the old hardware and replace with new.

They did a great job! It went faster than I expected. I asked one of the guys if he had time, would he check a leak under my kitchen sink. He was very thorough. It turns out that we had a bolt still attached underneath the sink from a previous water filter installation. We needed a different type of bolt and he switched the bolts for free! He even gave me some much needed advice to help prevent further leaks from the faucet area. I really appreciated the extra mile! I am very pleased with Lone Star Water Services and would gladly recommend them to others.

No work was done. They came out, spent 2 minutes taking pictures if the toilet. American Home Shield claimed the hairline crack in the toilet tank was "abuse". Now, I'm out $100 for someone to spend 2 minutes photographing my toilet. What a ripoff.

I had a good experience. Quality was great. I bought a new water heater from them. They were very quick with that. They had a lot to do in a burned out house. They were great. I think the price was fair. They could have spent a little more time. They rushed out here and I would think of something after they left that should have been done. They were good people. I really liked it.

Checked the entire house and water heater.? We discussed the water in depth, it would need to be replaced in the next year and it was 10 years old, at the end of it's life.? Adjusted all toilets and installed two new flappers, so the toilets don't run constantly and saves water.? Checked the shower and replaced the shower head.? We were entirely satisfied with the service.

The quality was not too good. They didn't replace it. The guy tried to talk me out of what he did. He talked me out of doing what I asked him to do.

The installation went fine. When we originally set up the appointment, the person we spoke with said it would be done in the morning, which is what we wanted. The installation day came, and we get an automated call stating that the installer would be there between 1 and 5. He got there around 3. Other than that, the service was perfect.

Remove and replace a garbage disposal. Fitting were different so I had it done and he did the good!!!

The service tech called the morning of the service and told that he would be there between the hours of 10 am & 1:am. He was there right at 10:00 am. The completed the 3 toilet installs in 2 1/2 hours. The work done was perfect. The guys were professional and cleaned up after they were done. 1st class service from start to finish.
