The guys worked tirelessly to complete it all. My new heat pump and my sisters' were installed in a very timely manner with a big enough crew to accomplish it all promptly, and so far are working fine. Vaughn and Lucas came to my house from my mom's to install the capacitor on a Friday afternoon when I'm sure they wanted to get done early. Everything is going well at present, though my mother will need a new coil which is in process, but her air is working and the guys said they would return if anything else was needed. They all went above and beyond, helping me to seal up cracks and crevices and to put new screen wire over the vents due to the snakes, which I had started doing myself. They were courteous, respectful and informative, and stayed till the job was done! Thanks to Rhonda and Brandy at the phones, and to Jason and Andy as well!

I highly recommend Long Heating & Air. We were having difficulties with our heat not staying on. Our tech was having difficulty diagnosing the problem and was quick to have another tech come over and take a look at our problem. They worked like a team and solved the issue in a timely manner. Everyone that we spoke to was very friendly and explained everything in detail. They are a very professional and trustworthy business.

We definitely have had ONLY positive experiences with Long Heating & Air. We do now have a contract with them; they service us 2 times/ year. The times we have needed help, they have been there on time, explained the problems, quickly took care of the problems. Very friendly and professional folks. We plan to be with the a LONG time!

The first visit was for a defective fan wheel for our ac unit. In the middle of one of the hottest days in the summer, they sent a tech out within hours of our call. The part had to be ordered, but they expedited it to get us up and running as soon as possible. We also had 2 other repair calls that Long heating repaired . They are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. From the office staff to the techs, we are very pleased with their service.

I hired Long Heating and Air for extending the gas pipeline to kitchen. Gina from long heating and air set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment, they verbally quoted me. I was told by estimator(Eric) that the hole needs to be made in dry wall. I asked him will they repair it as part of the work. He said yes. I was quoted $900 for 2 jobs 1) Extend pipeline to kitchen 2) Make exhaust vent in the kitchen wall. Two guys (Ricky and one more guy) came to do this work. They were nice. They completed the work cutting dry wall to access attic from 2nd floor loft wall. Then another hole in kitchen baseboard to get the line out. They finished their work. I asked them whether they will close the holes in the dry wall. They told me that someone from office will set up an appointment to fix the drywall. I was still skeptical so I said let me call your office and confirm. I called Gina at long heating and air office. She was on lunch break so i spoke to Cherry. I asked her to confirm this. I gave phone to Ricky to confirm. Made phone on speaker so all three of us plus Ricky's assistance could hear. After the confirmation and assurance that dry wall will be fixed I handed Ricky the check of $900. Few days passed and still no call from their office. So i called back and inquired. After several attempts and voicemails. Mind you their calls always go to voicemail. I got hold of someone there. They told me that they will not fix the dry wall. I asked then why 3 different people told me that they would do so. She said she would find out and call me back. No one called me. So I called back next day, no one would answer the phone or return my calls even after leaving several voicemails. I called back on 3rd day i finally made sure that i get to talk to Gina. This lady has no knowledge about what customer service is. She told me that its a mistake from her employee that they told me they would fix the drywall. I asked her mistake is made by one employee not three employee telling me the same. I asked her to verify with her employees cherry, eric and ricky. I asked if I can speak with Eric or Ricky. She started to get angry, rude and started screaming. When she said no one from her company would say they would fix dry wall, I asked her 'Áre you calling me a liar?' She got mad at me and hung up the phone. I called her back to ask her to talk to their employees. I said I don't care if you fix it or not but don't call me liar. She told me that she will put me on mute. I hung up at this point. I was so humiliated. I am writing this not get any compensation. My hope is that they will improve. I used to wonder why small local businesses are struggling in America. This is a perfect example. Next time I am going with some national chain for all my work. I hope owner of Long Heating and Air gets to see this. I am trying to help you. I don't expect anything in return. I want to point out that their technicians are very good. The complain is about back office.

the problem They never returned my phone call & never sent a service tech to check on the problem. Last week i had another HVAC co. check the same furnace & their was nothing wrong or any parts to be replaced. He put new tape around the furnace & the noise went away. This co. is very unprofessional & unethical!!!!!!

Had to wait some time to get our warranty papers and when we got them it was for a 14 Seer, not a 16 Seer as the invoice stated. Beginning to think this was a Bait and Switch. Cleaned up all areas and demonstrated the workings of the new programmable thermostat. Will come back in a couple of weeks to check system. Price Includes 2 more maintenance calls this year. <br /> We have used this vendor in the past for maintenance in a previous home. <br />

technician does a fantastic job. very knowledgeable. Have used for a year and a half. This time, scheduling an appointment seemed to not go smoothly. I had to leave messages multiple times. That said, i would NOT hold this against them, as it was probably just a fluke. <br />
