DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! Austin Wood is a scammer. He came to my house in Cross Lanes, WV on July 16, 2025 asking if he could look at my roof for possible hail damage from the April 15, 2025 storm. After confirming there was damage he helped us place a claim with our insurance company to get the roof, shutters, gutters, and facia replaced. On October 7, 2025 I gave him the $10k deposit and was informed work would start at the end of November. Work was supposed to start at the end of November and it is now January 30, 2026 and still nothing. He is no longer responding to text messages or calls. I filed a complaint with the BBB, filed report with State Police, filed a complaint with the WV Attorney Generals Office, and I will be filing a small claims case with WV Magistrate Court. Worse mistake of my life...Stay away from this company!!!!

Austin Wood came to my home July 2025 gave him $6500 down payment to get my roof done and he has ghosted me. I have asked him for my deposit back. He told me I was 18th in line and then gave me an excuse that his company was ripped off by people he was employing. . Now they have started a new company. I have texted and I have heard nothing about my deposit. Would not recommend this company or any company that he owns

Took our $7000 insurance deposit in February and disappeared until August after we made a negative post on social media. Austin Wood, one of the owners, has been telling us we were absolutely getting our money back. Always a delay for one reason or another. December 1 they said I could come pick up my check after never receiving the one they mailed. We drove 3 hours total only to have the check not clear two days later. Why have me drive out for a check you know isn't any good? Then their "solution" is for me to let them do the work? The work they've had almost a year to do and never even reached out. And if they don't have the money to reimburse me how do they have the money for the materials? Not to mention that Austin admitted to taking my insurance money for my materials and using it elsewhere. Biggest mistake I've ever made and the biggest lesson I've ever learned

Austin Wood came to our home in July of 2025. We hired him to do our roof, gutters and siding. After paying over $17,000.00 we never received services paid for. After Austin received our money, he cut off communication until I insisted on him communicating. It's November and we still have not received a refund or communication. We have filed with the OH and WV Attorney Generals. Our next step is getting law enforcement involved and attorney. Stay away from this company!!!!! There's plenty of honest people our there who need tour business, this is not one.

DON'T DO IT .Siding not on list ... payment of insurance approximately 24k . All we got was siding . Nothing else . Oh and cardboard to level corners out . Cheap thin siding , not good work.. Alotta profit on this one. Wish i had the old aluminum siding workers scrap.

Did a roof for them in OH. Paid my guys with a check. A few days later it bounced, have been reaching out to their office in hopes to find a solution whether they can pay or not? leaving their customer in the way of the lien is horrible business practice and they should be out of business. As you can see from other reviews below I'm not the only one. Don't do business with these guys! Vianney and Austin and Marc, pay your people man it's embarrassing for the culture.

I hired Builder Bros to manage my siding and roofing project in collaboration with my insurance provider. In January, a third-party contractor completed the roofing work but later contacted me regarding unpaid fees. Meanwhile, I have been waiting for a suitable siding match since October 2024, after prepaying half of the project costs. Upon completion of the roofing work, I received an invoice for the second half of the allocated funds intended for the siding work. Unfortunately, the siding project remains unfinished, and my attempts to contact the owner have been unsuccessful, causing significant distress due to the incomplete work. I strongly advise against using this company, as they appear unwilling to collaborate with homeowners and prioritize collecting payments.

Affordable, friendly, and efficient is the easiest way to break it down. As a customer, you canâ t ask for anything more!
