EXCELLENT work from start to finish they were professional throughout the entire process communicated well returned calls promptly and consistently followed up to keep us informed. We had certain requests they were very honest with pricing and realistic expectations their attention to detail and quality craftsmanship really stood up and the finished work looks great I truly appreciated their reliability and would highly recommend them to anyone. My pictures do not do it justice. If you ever want to stop over just ask Tommy. Tommy guided us through the whole process.

Avoid - Defective Work, No Contract, Required Government Intervention Hired Long Island Mason & Concrete Corp (June 2024) for a $5,900 concrete patio. Worst contractor experience ever. Major Issues: Requested cash, never provided written contract (illegal in NY) Poured concrete on 100-degree day without proper precautions Two slabs flaked within one week Stalled for months instead of fixing promptly Admitted "this is the result of extreme heat" but refused accountability Demanded liability waiver before repairs Required Consumer Affairs: Filed complaint with Nassau County. Contractor cited for multiple violations including no written contract. Only settled after facing $4,600+ in fines and license suspension. Worse After Settlement: Two MORE slabs developed structural cracks. All four slabs now defective. Recovered $2,500 for completely failed $5,900 job through government intervention. Bottom Line: Operates without contracts, ignores proper procedures, avoids responsibility.

Very responsive, thorough, and clean. Needed help with an indoor basement concrete job and they came out to complete the work the day after I received my quote.

LONG ISLAND CONCRETE WAS HIRED TO POUR CONCRETE STARTING AT THE SHED TO THE FRONT GATE. THE AREA BETWEEN THE PREEXISTING BRICKWORK AND AN AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER WAS NOT CEMENTED. GRAVEL WAS USED INSTEAD.

Thomas Bane is a con artist. My job was done 11/2024. 6 days later the curb and apron started crumbling at the edges. There is a pitch problem leading to water pooling and drainage into my garage. Especially terrible in the winter making an ice skating rink. Then 1 month later the spalling started everywhere and now we have a hole in the asphalt. Thomas Bane has been made aware thru text and email but refuses to show his face over here and explain why the job was pitched inproperly, poured inproperly, and obviously the asphalt is clearly laid improperly. This company royally ripped me off. No wonder he asked for cash. Less than a year later it’s all crumbling away. AVOID!

Tommy promptly arranged for someone to visit and measure my front sidewalk the same day I called for an estimate. The very next day, his crew arrived and commenced the work. I was thoroughly impressed by the efficiency and high-quality craftsmanship they displayed throughout the project. The newly installed sidewalk and driveway skirt turned out fantastic. Moreover, their commitment to ensuring everything was addressed each day was commendable. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up the area. I wholeheartedly recommend their services and would not hesitate to engage them again in the future.

We recently hired Long Island Mason and Concrete to remove our blacktop driveway and install a concrete driveway, add a concrete walkway and remove and replace our patio. I am so happy with the work that was performed by Tommy and his crew, all his employees are so professional, respectful, and really know what they are doing. I was so impressed by their work ethic and knowledge of their craft. Tommy was easy to work with, we made a few changes to the project and Tommy and the team were able to pivot and accommodate all our requests with no problem. Our job was able to start early and Long Island Mason and Concrete was able to work alongside our other contractors without any problems. I would not hesitate to call Tommy again if I need any mason work done.
