If I could give more stars I would!! Prices were fair and I was charged what was discussed before the work began. Communication between the technician and myself was excellent, he clearly communicated what he needed and how I should prepare my space for him to work in, he advised me on new hardware, and he was flexible in changing schedules to accommodate the late arrival of my replacement faucets. He was friendly yet professional and arrived exactly on time. The work was exceptional and speedy -- he was in and out in just over 2 hours to replace two bathroom faucets! I would hire Long's plumbing again in a heartbeat!
