We had two properties that Jose worked on. We had large cracks in a stairwell, three ceilings and multiple walls. They did an excellent job repairing all the plaster cracks and painting all areas. You would never know they were ever there. I did get three different quotes and his price was excellent. I would hire them again in a heart beat for this kind of work. They also did a bunch of miscellaneous smaller jobs. Drywall and such. Jose was very responsive to all of my questions and a pleasure to work with. He was always smiling and cheerful. This is hard to find with a contractor. ?

Workers were good and conscientious. Made sure everything was covered and cleaned up afterwards.

The painting and floor refinishing jobs were both done very well. Jose was able to get this all done within our time schedule. He and his helper were courteous and professional.

Jose and his assistant did a fantastic job and met all of our expectations and more. He was professional, honest, transparent, and his price for ALL the work we had done was VERY REASONABLE. Our house looks brand new and totally refreshed. Our 3,000 square foot house was completely repainted including power washing prep and taping off all windows, garage doors, facia, soffit, cedar trim, gutters, and down spouts. We additionally had the two decks off the back of the house sanded, repaired, and repainted. They look great. Jose and his assistant were very punctual and kept me up to date daily on all work completed and pending. They cleaned up after themselves daily and thoroughly upon completing the job. I was so impressed with everything. Jose will be our go-to man in the future for all of our home services. He did exactly what we asked for and even volunteered for more without extra charge. He installed all of our new outdoor porch and garage lighting without us even asking. Would we hire him again??? ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT.

The project went extremely well. Jose was punctual, all furniture was covered and tape used to avoid paint on baseboards, etc. Tremendously please with the finished product!

Jose and his helper were professional and kind. After completing work on my mother's house, I hired them for my home. They coordinated purchasing the paint and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend him!!

Jose has become the man I will call whenever i need a painting job done. Total professional,he painted my basement windows, cleaned,scraped,caulked and sealed the exterior and the paint job makes the house look brand new. so no more we buy ugly houses letters.he painted the frame and repaired part of it. it was hard to find anyone willing to do this work but thanks to Angie's list and Lopez Home Services this job has exceeded my wildest expectations. I will be calling Jose so he can work his magic on other parts of my home.

Everything nice, clean and on time . Pressure washer was done and very satisfied with the service.

Everything went very well. Jose was very professional, prompt, and reasonable. Our pool deck was stained twice by his company and both times we were extremely satisfied with his workmanship and the outcome. He was very respectful of the surrounding areas and covered them very well so overspray didn’t harm them. Jose is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the work he does. I would highly recommend his work and would hire him again!

Jose is a delight to work with. He is flexible with requests. His cabilities are extensive, and he is happy to use his talents beyond the scope of his main job. His pricing is completely fair and reasonable. Jose did our exterior paint, and interior wall/molding painting and staining. His attention to detail and execution are stellar. We had a few other things that needed to be done for us like grouting and finishing small carpentry projects. I didn’t even have to ask, he gladly volunteered to get it done and I was completely grateful! I highly recommend Jose for your future projects!
