Lopez painting

He sent his wife and son. They didn't do a good job. The paint is peeling. They didn't put any primer on. They did okay on the front porch, but in the back they didn't put a primer on because it's peeling. I am going to have to get it redone.

Left early didn't return the first day. Didn't t replace blinds in bedroom. Had to call back helper as he was driving away to put blinds back up. <br />

This job entailed pressure cleaning the front porch railings and posts before painting. We have a fairley large front porch. They also had to do a lot of caulking and cleaning. The new construction on the back of of the house used a combination of paint and three different stains along with a lot of sanding on three large beams. This was also a fairly large project. The whole crew was very focused on the job and vey meticulous as this required a lot of cutting in the various stains etc.. <br />

Mr. Lopez was very prompt and did a wonderful job. He came and gave us an estimate one day and returned the next day to complete the job. While it was a relatively small job, he did it just like he described and was very professional. We will definately consider using Lopez Painting in the future. <br />

Came same day to price work to be completed.. <br /> The work was great. The crew showed up on time and were very professional. i will use them again and recommend them to neighbors and friends. <br /> The only concern i had was that i showed him the outside building to be completed however because i did not walk all the way around the building they only painted 2 sides and i had to pay additional money to have the building completed. Although i felt this was an error i was not certain that he understood and even with the additional money he was very reasonable. <br /> I contracted them to complete a job we had started so i suspect that he possibly did not understand that the entire building was to be painted so i recommend to walk your entire job with a full understanding from you and the company as to what will be completed. <br /> <br /> <br />

Fernando and his crew did a fantastic job painting our house. This was a very complicated project with a large porch with many pickets, horizontal siding, wood shingles on two gable ends, three colors, and numerous cracks and crannies. Fernando handled everything from matching the paint to scraping, priming, pressure washing, painting, repairing a couple of loose boards, to a thorough clean up after the job was completed. And, they completed the job on time, exactly as promised. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Fernando and crew are very eager to please and took care of every issue we had. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />You can't go wrong with Lopez painting. We will definitely use them in the future. <br />

Well, I am a firm believer in doing everything you can by your self, but and that is a big BUT, at 60 years old I found out the hard way that I aint as young as I used to be. That being said and needless to say I was unable to finish painting the house. I called several contractors on Angies list on a Saturday and Mr. Lopez called me back in less than an hour. He came out that day to look over the job and gave me a price, I was able to get 1/3 rd of the house done, I had all the paint and he gave me a price to finish the job that was well in line with what had to be done. Oh yea, as they say early bird gets the worm so the other contractors, when they did call, I had to tell them that the work was already done. <br /> He scheduled a date in a few day and was able to start early, his crew got to work immediately and in 2 days finished, they were very disciplined, knowledgeable, and there clean up excellent. While inspecting the job I pointed out some minor things that I thought needed a little touch up and they hopped on it right away, by the time I got around the house he was asking me to see if the items I pointed out were fixed to my satisfaction. I totally recommend hiring Lopez painting and plan on using them again. <br /> So I gave him a B- in price, Why you ask? as a firm believer in doing what you can yourself, goes with it being cheap, yes I admit it I am a Mr. Scrooge. So my B may be your A++ <br />

I've used Fernando Lopez Painting on two seperate occassions now to paint rooms throughout our house. They are always prompt when scheduling a time to give an estimate and to do the painting. They always finish the job quickly too. His pricing also includes moving the furniture and repairing any holes in the wall prior to painting. Would hightly recommend their service.
